I've been a customer for a few years now and I can say that PlanetExpress is one of my most trusted freight forwarders.

They have decent pricing to ship packages to outside of the US via DHL/FedEx. Packages are always handled with care. Consolidation and shipment are fast. Requests are handled within a couple days most times in my experience. Support is quick to respond and is attentive to concerns.

Consolidation fees could be more competitive especially for premium users; the $2/package quickly adds up in cases where Amazon/other vendors randomly decide to send a single order in separate packages for example. I point this out as something PE could improve on because I use other forwarders that offer consolidation for free.

Above board and precisely as advertised. The shipping calculator is fantastic for projecting shipping costs. When I checked after the package arrived, the site had my package status updated with a photo. The package was processed for shipping to my requested address within the day of completing their mail-out process. Excellent service.

The item I wanted to purchase was a heavy item divided into several parts. The seller would not ship directly overseas, so I used this service. They also agreed to combine the items, which helped reduce the shipping cost. I would like to use this service in the future.

I have used several forward shippers in USA over the last 15 years, and Planet Express is BY FAR the best I have ever experienced. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I have been using them for over a year now, and I have never encountered any issues. The few questions I've had were answered promptly.

This company is very very expensive ,on a few occasions i bought items in USA and forwaded them to Africa through Planet Express, most of the time their shipping cost is equal or greater than the cost price of items. At one point it was double the cost of goods. Their webside has displayed a table of cost per Lbs but surely they dont follow it. For my recent purchase of $290 car lights,for the 20 lbs item i was charged $340, whereas their table of costs says my country is charged at $7.84 per lbs (20.1 lbs - 50 lbs). I was expecting something like $200 or less. I had to return the item back to the shop, atleast FREE postage label provided by the shop for the return. Then i routed it to be forwaded via MyUS , they charged me $195.

Straightforward and reliable service with no hidden fees, though you may have to pay extra to access certain services that you might want for free. The auction house is excellent for finding bargains, too.

They are very helpful and quick to respond

Got a notification less than 20 minutes after actual delivery which in itself is super impressive. The onward shipping process was seamless and very cheap. I must say this is the best parcel forwarding service out there. I’m here to stay.

I have their premium account and it was great to be able to consolidate all my packages to save on shipping! Shipping and consolation is very quick! I 100% would recommend their service!

I've been using this service for years now. It's incredibly easy to use and has enabled me to get hundreds of packages I wouldn't have otherwise been able to get.

Do never use their services!
I paid premium mailbox service to use their warehouse in Oregon (USA)! When I paid for consolidation of 3 packages, they sent me an e-mail confirming the consolidation! And days later they sent me and e-mail telling me one of the package (the most expensive one) was still in their warehouse (it finally was not consolidated) and I had to pay an extra to have it shipped to me! But even worst, then they declared the package lost and they refunded me only a third of its value! Those people do not do their work properly and they are lying too and their answers are arrogant! If you want your packages to be safe, go somewhere else as Planet Express, even if you are a premium Mailbox customer, won’t hesitate to lie and make your packages disappear! AVOID!

Edit to answer to Planet Express: package wasn’t lost but stolen by your employee! You also declared that package was consolidated and sent to me! Then you declared package wasn’t consolidated and I needed to pay extra money to have it send to me, misleading me in paying extra money! Then you declared package lost and you refused to reimburse me the extra amount you made me pay! I had to make a chargeback to get that money back! And then you started to blackmail me because I made a totally legal and legit chargeback! Blackmailing the way you did is illegal and abusive! Regarding the value of package I gave everything you needed but, by yourself you decided to reimburse less than a third of the value of the stolen product! So you should stop your lies and start respecting the law and your customers!
Anyone can just read all the bad reviews you’ve got and they will all be able to see that everyone is complaining about the same issues and the only answer you provide are lies and arrogance! A lot of people saying the same things about you says a lot about who you truly are! Everyone should AVOID!

Extremely fast service , have had no international shipping issues since I started using planet express .

Hard to predict shipping costs before sending would be my only slight , but otherwise the service has been great , fast , and reliable

I ordered from Japan and everything was super smooth! With DHL the delivery just took like 3 or 4 days (of course + the delivery time of the store). As soon it arrives to Planet Express they send you pictures, super convenient and easy to use! The only negative point is that the web app is a bit outdated but the service works great. Thank you, I was so scared before doing the purchase, haha.

lately I got a customer that wanted a specials order so I shipped it from the US to planet express and I was surprised they are 180 degree different now :

1- there prices are just from another world, 5KG shipment not that large in size costed 420$ same shipment before was costing around 100$, 0.7kg cost 50$ .... (13$ if u used aramex)
2- if shipment reached them its a GG for you you cant transport it to another warehouse /service if you didn't like the prices because shipping costs internally are very high ! in propose, you cant ship it to Aramex or even within the same state without paying a fortune
3- their customer support is very hard to reach now, and even if you reach them they wont help, and they don't response their emails

the shipment i sent which cost +4k $ is stuck for almost 2 months now i have a shipment that was sent after it and I received it, and they don't want to provide any information's refunds or even promises of shipping discount for this long delay.

contacting their support is the most frustrating thing I ever did for a long while.

I don't recommend at all stay away

Update : after almost 3 months i have received my package in good condition, they refunded me 60$ better than nothing but the delay caused me way much dmg as its was a customers pre-order which was canceled by customer after 2 months of waiting ...
