Previously I used their services and felt fine, but after sending several packages, I started to feel the oddity. Starting from the increasingly expensive shipping price, the increasingly slow response, the careless packing of goods. You need to know that when using Planet Expresss services, everything is related to money, from the annual rental fee, the consolidation fee per package +5 USD, the mailout fee, to your special request, you are charged 5 USD, if you want to be responded to quickly by them, you must choose the priority service where you have to pay more for that service. Maybe I want to finish my annual rental contract with them first, then leave them

Fast, cheap, realiable

Thanks to planet express I could buy several things not available in my country!
The process is easy and intuitive, and the fees are not too pricey.

I appreciate the staff at Planet Express and all that they do for me. I ship a lot of packages at once so it can be stressful. I email them and I get an answer as soon as possible, which makes me feel I am right there with them and feel at ease.

I've been using PlanetExpress for years. I'm really satisfied with the service, since it works perfectly well and the fees are reasonable. I've been living in Japan and Spain and I have used its service in both countries. The only time I had a major issue, the company sort it out successfully. I can't complain and I will keep using it.

I have used planetexpress to consolidate and ship 20 or so times and every time the process has been smooth and packages arrived without issue. Would highly recommend

Great service and prices

Customer service is both arrogant/ignorant and will never take acountability for their inept failures.

I had a purchase shipped to their warehouse in a package that was significantly larger than the items inside. Since planet express bases their already ridiculously exorbitant shipping rates (which increase several times a year) partially on the dimensions of the package, it was only prudent to have it repackaged in smaller packaging for a nominal fee and save on the reshipment price. After submitting a request to have the service done and receiving an email confirming the service was complete with the new dimensions being smaller, I went to reship the new package only to find that there was absolutely zero change in shipping cost! WTF? I then submitted an error request which was followed by nothing but illogical mouth breathing excuses based on nothing but assumptions and ultimately their refusal to do anything about it despite their obvious failure to adequately fulfill the purpose of my request. So they charged my account for a useless service of no value and still want money for it. Sheer incompetence and greed.

They have also implemented anti-consumer practices like disconnecting their phone support. So you now have to exclusively contact them by email regarding problems and when you send a query that questions their morals or integrity, they choose to hide like cowards and ignore you. What a disgraceful pathetic company.

Stay away if you would rather save yourself headaches and not flush your money down the toilet supporting their scams and trashy behavior.

Shipping is fast and a lot options are provided. Recommend!

I used this service to forward items that were not shipped to Japan. The website is easy to use and supports Japanese. Note that only FeDex can ship cutlery. It is a very good service and I will use it again.

My most recent order in May 2024 went as all the others through Planet Express have: seamlessly. The service was quick, the photos shared were good and the shipping options were abundant.

I've been using Planet Express for more than 4 years now. The service has been great. Packages are consolidated and sent out quickly. Payment processing is a breeze. They offer a good selection of shipping options at different tiers.

The UI is fine and easy to use once you get used to it. There was a learning curve especially around filling out Customs forms. It's gotten easier recently as the UI gives better feedback.

I would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to get things from home while living abroad.

I am very pleased with the speed of shipment processing and the simplified customs declaration process. The tracking for cheaper options is sometimes not updating and is not clear where the package is.

Amazing service! You can do everything a couple of clicks from your mobile (or laptop) and have your staff shipped overseas in a fee days, no questions asked, no time wasted. The delivery is in a fee hours after order almost automated! Auctions are another benefit with items at super low prices while being paying with crypto gets it on another level compared to competition!
