Customer Service Juggernauts

The team at PTOV clearly has a customer service first culture. Everyone I've interacted with is authentic and genuine. In an AI h3llscape, it's nice to interact with fellow humans. Especially the very talented humans at POTV. ;)

My entire pack of Bovedas is as dry as…

My entire pack of Bovedas is as dry as the Sahara desert. Can I return these? I should have not bothered since it has been mentioned here before. I thought something would have been done. I'm very disappointed. Part 2 : Planet of the Vapes reacted very quickly to my review and wrote to me. They have also reimbursed me for the dry Bovedas. The rest of the items I bought were in great shape. I've ordered from this company before and I highly recommend them. I understand that they can't verify every package of Bovedas! I appreciate their quick response as well as their website and YouTube videos.

Website stock wasn't current

Original review was low from bad order experience. A customer rep(not sure of their official title) reached out and made it right. Doing so speaks volumes of them wanting to keep my business and it worked. I will continue to use this company for future orders!

They could not send my package and when…

They could not send my package and when i asked refund i get the refund but the refund price wass lower what i originall payed 175 and i got back measly 135.

I don’t know if I’m just not using it…

I don’t know if I’m just not using it right but I quickly am unable to get good pulls each session and have to put the heat on max.
