Shipment took 6 days
Shipment took 6 days, which I think
is too long. Don't know if at any stage a cooling van was used. Plants arrived in a pretty weak state.
Plants were packed properly though.

Good quality
Fast delivery. The plants look healthy and were well wrapped and well watered for the journey.
I will definitely order from Planfor again as they have a great variety of trees and bamboos.

All good except for the packing that came into a giant box with so much plastic inside. What a eco-waste

Problems with quality and service
Delivery took five days and some plants arrived stressed. Some plants were fine, but others were spindly or smaller than advertised. One died within three days and another is dying. So far, customer service has been defensive and unhelpful. Not only were prices higher than the local garden center, overall quality was much worse. I doubt I’ll ever purchase from them again.

A lot of The plants were damaged and I am sure that a few were just dead branches. There was no life inside some of the plants. The plants were tiny. And the roses were as thin as a needle. Not really plnats but tiny parts of it.

The delivery system was poor.

New message for Planfor (also sent December 12 to Planfor's website): On Wednesday 23 November I received the following message : Your delivery is planned within 24/96 hours. More info with a link .
This link now says: delivered on November 30. This means that the plants have been wrapped in plastic for 7 days before delivery. After my phone call to Planfor (talked with Mario) on November 29, the plants were delivered one day later. The vines were in the same plastic wrapper as the lemon tree, and were also broken. I cut them, I suppose they will be ok. I made some pictures (sent to Planfor). Regards Jeanne Kruijs
