Very Good Service!
Two different orders from Planfor (France to Portugal). Both arrived within 5 working days from payment. The plants were in transit for around 1.5 days (a very short time considering it was FR to PT) and arrived in very good condition.

Hello,
We are sorry for this delay. The postsales person who was handling your message left the office in a rush last week to the birth room... and he forgot to handover your pending message to another colleague. I asked another person to took over. She registered a 6 euros coupon on your account, it will be discounted automatically from the amount to be paid on your next order.
Best regards,
Nicolas - Customer Service
Only one idea to improve your delivery…
Only one idea to improve your delivery of trees system: to use only organic fibres or reusable materials in filling the card box empty space. Any ideas for options?

The plants arrived with leaf rust and quickly died after being received. I'm very sad about the quality of the plants.

Good morning,
We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your plants. Nevertheless, I would like to reassure you: the two plants you ordered are deciduous. Therefore, as winter is approaching their leaves dies and fall. In general younger plants tend to fall into vegetative rest sooner than older ones. They will make new sprouts at the end of winter.
Best regards,
Nicolas - Customer Service

Very happy with product and packaging
Very happy with product and packaging, but couriers did not deliver to our house and left the package at our local post office. This meant the product was left unpackaged for an extra Three days.
