Shipping was prompt. Parts of my order were not in stock, but arrived only a couple weeks later, which was fine. Everything was packaged meticulously well. Only thing was my 27 inch handles required 3 screws and only came with 2. But my handyman had screws that matched. But I LOVE my hardware. I had shopped for several months before I found your website.
I needed 4 different styles of the same hardware, which is difficult to fine. Your company is very good at providing multiple options within your style selections. Plus Bonus, I got 30% off on your sale. I will tell anyone looking for hardware to check your company. Much appreciated, thank you.

I bought cabinet knobs to match the handles I previously bought, and was not disappointed! They arrived quickly even to the United States, and I love how they look in my office. Highly recommend!

Fab, love plank so much! doing my house slowly as they aren't cheap, but you can so see why when you get them, now even doing light switches which so chuffed about. Plug sockets next please 🙏 😊

I love my Plank Hardware and the purchase experience was so efficient. I ordered 32 handles of one size that were back ordered and they shipped 4 weeks earlier than they had committed to do.

The tap I brought is very nice and works well, the service was fast and straightforward, however it was stainless/ Nickel but has a definite gold tint which is disappointing

Beautiful hardware, however the screws that were provided were really poor, they snapped while using a hand screwdriver! We are left with 2 screws in the door which we cannot get out and have had to accept. Whilst we aren’t tradies, we do lots of diy and we’ve never encountered anything like this before.
We followed the instructions on fitting, however it’s not rocket science to add some coat hooks, so we haven’t gone wrong there. It’s purely the screws.
We are left with holes in the doors, and 2 hooks (out of 5) that are useless as only 1 screw is fitted.
