I ordered samples for review for our Kitchen and Bath showrooms and throughout the whole process they were attentive and helpful. The hardware is VERY well made and well designed as well as being fashion/trend forward.

I like the 4 knobs I eventually purchased…
I like the 4 knobs I eventually ended up buying. If I'd only ordered these, I'd have no issue with the service.
However when we were ordering samples, I ordered 1 of 4 different designs, spent a few evenings with my wife making a decision on what hardware to put across 25+ cabinets/drawers only to find out that the lines we'd chosen were now discontinued. Just felt like a bit of a waste of time when they could simply note on the site "last few" or words to that effect so that this doesn't happen.

Excellent service from Plank Hardware
Excellent service from Plank Hardware. I bought kitchen cabinet knobs from Plank but a couple of months later needed another one .. and found they had been discontinued. I asked whether there was maybe one spare somewhere and literally next day was told that one had been found. Brilliant!
