I’ve been a Planner5D subscriber since 2016. I’ve been a premium member for several years.. The “upgrades” to the new website are THE VERY WORST. I don’t know who thought this train wreck up. The website is now very difficult to understand and navigate, and I’m no longer a customer. I’m identified by a number, and not by log-in or name. Also, I now have to follow a link to log in to my account (projects I’ve been building for 10+ years) and only certain search engines will allow me access to Planner5D. Google Chrome, among others, does not. I think this is goodbye, Planner5D. I’ve contacted customer service numerous times and I’m still not satisfied. "Spaces" doesn't make this program more "effective" as claimed by the designer!!! On the contrary, "Spaces" has RUINED my ability to access, navigate, and enjoy this program. Customer service only offers empty excuses and encouragement, NO SOLUTIONS. THEY DO NOT HEAR WHAT I'VE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT!

Shocking product
Shocking product, absolutely awful 3d model rendering which just jerks about all over the place, the help AI is all A and no I which just keeps saying “sorry something went wrong”. But above all the scammers tried To take £399 off me 5 days into a 7 day free trial. They had three attempts (all blocked by my credit card fraud detection) when I emailed them they totally ignored me so they knows they were trying to scam me

What you’re describing with the charge during the trial doesn’t sound right. Our system does not bill users before the trial ends, or if it’s canceled at least 24 hours before the expiration date. One possible explanation is if the trial was activated through the App Store or Google Play more than once using different Planner 5D accounts. In those cases, the store may recognize that a trial was already used and apply the charge immediately. Unfortunately, we don’t have visibility into or control over that behavior, which is why trials are intended as a one-time use.
Regarding the 3D rendering — it definitely shouldn’t behave the way you described. While there’s always room for improvement, it should be stable in normal use. If you’re open to it, we’d really appreciate a bit more detail (device, browser/app version, or a short video), so we can investigate and fix it if there’s a bug.
As for your communication with support — we checked and saw that a reply was sent on March 22nd, but we didn’t receive a follow-up from you. It’s possible the message didn’t reach you, and we’re sorry if that was the case.
If you’re still open to it, please reply again or reach out to us at support@planner5d.com. We’ll take a closer look and do our best to resolve everything for you.

This app is very difficult to use, tremendously slow loading and I was unable even to make a floor plan from it, so tedious and not at all helpful I would not recommend this to anyone. I found using Claude AI much better than this, I don't know why it got so many positive reviews

Brendan or whatever AI is called, couldn’t lay out a basic floor plan with furnitures. It articulated what it was going to lay out and where perfectly in word form and then said it was designing it and the design was bizarre and had everything in the wrong spot and was missing stuff it said it was planning to include. After many prompts to adjust it and questions why it didn’t complete it as it said it would in detail it said it would try again and it never worked.

Pathetic business model, very bad service. DO NOT USE
very manual software and basic. Does not really help to create a quick indication of what I needed. Only used the trial period and had activated to receive a reminder before it would end. This company never send me reminder to cancel my trial and deducted 50 euros from my creditcard anyway. Even after responding to this payment, the company does not cooperate at all. If your business model only works because you are making people who do not like your software pay because they forget to unsubscribe, what a pathetic company are you then....

Furniture and furnishings do not "land"…
Furniture and furnishings do not "land" on the floor. My floor is raised 30" and I have to manually adjust everything I add, including windows, doors, walls, etc. Non-square angles must be rotated by eye, no measurement shown. Wall segments attach (the dot) automatically (good) but I have not found a way to detach them (really bad if you make a mistake). These 3 are just off the top of my head.

We’re aware of the issue where furniture and objects don’t automatically adjust to elevated floors, and it’s something our team is actively working on improving in upcoming releases. We appreciate your patience on this one.
For rotation, you don’t have to rely on doing it “by eye” — when an object is selected, you can use the lower menu to input a precise angle and position it exactly as needed.
Regarding wall connections, the points (dots) do snap together automatically. If you need to adjust one room without affecting a connected structure, a helpful workaround is to temporarily move the entire room aside, make the necessary changes, and then place it back into your project — similar to fitting pieces of a puzzle.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to share this — feedback like yours helps us improve the product. I love this program, but…
I love this program; using it to renovate my childhood home. Main problem: every time I try to edit the size of an item (609 inches- 600 inches) it locks up and I have to click on another app to start, then go back to this and restart. Very annoying! Also, would like the option to type in the percentage of tilt instead of the slider. It is very hard to slide to exactly 90 degrees, for example.
