Cannot give this business and software a worse review. I had a free trial and found the software very hard to use and that it lacked intuitive functionality. I tried to cancel before the end of the trial period and then reached out to customer service. While communicating with them they charged me for an annual plan. Customer service just said oh well and have refused to refund the charges.

Trial subscriptions automatically convert into a paid plan once the trial period ends unless the cancellation is completed before the renewal date, which is shown during the sign-up process. From what we can see, your trial has never been cancelled. Hence, it got converted to the full subscription.
We can also confirm that the support team has resolved the issue by downgrading your subscription to a monthly one while refunding the difference. If you still don't see the funds in your bank account, please reach out to us via support@planner5d.comm so we can look into that for you.

I’ve had a really great experience using Planner 5D. It helped me a lot to bring my ideas to life, especially when planning my space.

If you were using the web version of the app, this could happen when the project becomes too heavy for your device to process smoothly, especially on less powerful hardware. In this case, we recommend trying the desktop version of Planner 5D. It is better optimized, more stable with large projects.
If the issue continues even in the desktop app, please let us know and we’ll be happy to check your project and help you find the best solution. You don't have to be on a Pro version to work with free library.
Horrendous - will not refund a trial payment.
Horrendous. Talked into a trial fully refundable allegedly. Used it for half an hour, I thought the software was good for around five minutes then became glitchy and stopped altogether. Chatted to an online agent made them aware that the trial was to be cancelled immediately. Charged £59.99 and now they won’t refund. Avoid

Because of this, charges may occur if the cancellation is completed after the billing has already been processed.

In many situations we are able to help once we check the account, the exact purchase conditions, and the timing of the cancellation request.
