This shop is amazing. Long story short DPD fked up my delivery and they send a replacement without hesitation and in record time. The customer service by Denice was absolutly perfect. Great response time and I am impressed by the goodwill of the folks at plantique.

I bought a plant but never delivered. I asked for the refund emailed me it was refunded. Asked for proof of reimbursement ,still awaiting for response. Do not buy from this shop. 🤬🤬🤬
