I ordered a Pothos Njoy from Plantsforallseasons and am delighted eith the service I received. Delivery was very quick and the plant was very well wrapped and protected. My Njoy was bigger than I expected and beautiful - positively glowing with health. Just lovely. I have no hesitation in recommending Plantsforallseasons and intend to order from them again very soon - once I make dom room on my plant stand . . . .

Beautiful plants. 2 seperate orders and both times plants were absolutely perfect. One was accidentally left out and after contacting PFAS they issued out the missing plant that day.

I have used multiple websites to order from and this would be my favourite store due to options and quality. Also promotional offers.

They were very well packaged and secured too. Most secured i have received , in comparison to all of the companies i have used. I appreciated that. Of all of the plants in my most recent order, 1 leaf was lost, only due to sellotape on the box but the plant was bigger than expected so had many more leaves to make up for it.

I'm DELIGHTED with my order and the customer service provided by Oliver, Harriet and the team. The plant are so much bigger and healthier than I have ever received from any other online shop. The packaging is excellent! Everything arrives healthy and happy and it's a joy to unwrap theses treasures!
The team of Plants for All Seasons has been so kind, helpful and professional that I'm almost in tears about their generosity and excellent customer service. I need to buy a bigger house just to buy more plants from you guys!! :)

Ordered x3 planters on 16/9/25 & when they didn’t arrive I emailed the company, receiving this reply on 29/9/25:

“ The pots are a longer lead time item and delivery is due to you over the next few days”

Really CS ‘Harriet’, is that all you have to say?
Listing states delivery will be 4-5 working days, oh & did I mention I had paid £6.99 for ‘next day delivery’?
You’ll be refunding that, right?

Such great service, we ordered a fiddle fig leaf tree and I was very wary ordering online as I hadn’t seen it in person.

We have just received our tree and it’s amazing it’s exactly like in the photos on the website.

Thank you to Harriet also as I had emailed to check if the trees do represent what you see online and she was very prompt in replying and reassured me.

I ordered three plants, the low pricing/discounts was what attracted me to make a purchase.

I put an order in on Thursday night, as expected - I got a notification from the company that my plants have been shipped on following Monday morning. Then the courier send an update that they're behind with the delivery- not the company's fault - I just started to worry about the plants condition knowing they'll spend 48 hours in dark, cold, courier's storage facility.

The plants arrived on Wednesday morning, in great condition! The plants were well packaged, secured in place and wrapped in paper.
I got exactly what I expected!
As of today I see no reason why the plants aren't going to thrive (I'm very experienced plants parent)

I will order from this company again. The plants aren't perfect, but for the price I bought them I couldn't possibly expect perfection. It's definitely good value for price!

I ordered a large Ficus Lyrata plant, I’m very pleased with the quality/size and health of the plant. Beautiful large deep green leaves and well taken care of.

The plants came looking really healthy and bigger than I expected. They are a beautiful addition to my living room and I’m so glad I ordered them. Ordered from here three time first two times delivery was really fast plants come in brilliant condition excellently packed second time delivery took abit longer and two leaves were snapped I'm guessing due to courier but other than that I have had not but pleasant experience

Ordered two variegated monsteras - an albo and Thai constellation. Was very happy with both. Great delivery and communication and wonderful plants.

Giving two stars for the quality of plants only. The rest of my experience was horrible. My order was a week late, and it was a large expensive order. Customer service is horrible, they take forever to respond. No one could give me a straight answer on when my order will be shipped. No one even apologized that my order was shipped a week later instead of next day. Can’t recommend them to anyone and would never order from them again, which is a shame because they have an amazing variety of plants.

I was looking for a plant to go alongside my sofa and came across this gorgeous looking Polyscias Roble Plant on the website. I ordered it and it arrived that week, looking as great as it did in the photos. Super impressed!
