Plastic Free Amsterdam is great, delivery worse
Plastic Free Amsterdam is great. Their delivery service was not so good. Fietskoeriers delivered my package to someone else in the street who luckily gave me the package.
I contacted Fietskoeriers about it when my package was lost. They said they would look into it, but never gave me a further answer. If not for my neighbour, my package would be lost.

But we can assure you that such issues happen very rarely but every now and then our delivery couriers make mistakes. But thankfully, we are here to help you resolve this if this happens.

My order arrived the next day. Zero plastic!
I liked the oat soap, and the dry shampoo has a nice smell. In general very satisfied with the quality, and would order again in the future.

Fast delivery and sustainable packaging. However, prices are really bad. I’d suggest research your items on other places before buying. Usually I can find most things 10%-20% cheaper somewhere else.
