I often order my products to take care…
I often order my products to take care of my hygiene and beard. The quality is very high, the orders are delivered on time (and by bike) and there's often a personal touch (like a small thank you note for my 5th order, a small gift for my 10th order, etc.)

Good products, websites and initiative.
On more than one occasion, I have received refills when I ordered the main packages to use with refills slightly or vice versa. I don’t mind this and prefer having something delivered instead of waiting, but a small communication about the product change would be nice.

Very fast delivery, arrived the next day even from abroad. Tried one of the laundry strips, the scent is very subtle (which I do appreciate). Seems to do the job!

All great (big order), but 1 jar was leaking...
All great, but the monoi de tahiti came damaged; the lid had dents and the package was leaking. I think they put too much product in the jar or they didn't close the lid well enough.

Plastic Free Amsterdam is great, delivery worse
Plastic Free Amsterdam is great. Their delivery service was not so good. Fietskoeriers delivered my package to someone else in the street who luckily gave me the package.
I contacted Fietskoeriers about it when my package was lost. They said they would look into it, but never gave me a further answer. If not for my neighbour, my package would be lost.
