This company was very unhelpful and would only help if I provided a different photo. I explained the photo would still not be clear. Best to avoid and place orders with other companies as I have since.

Trading standards are investigating

Plastic online sent me a scratched piece of plastic. They asked for a photo which I promptly sent. Due to the reflective nature of the plastic, the image was not as clear as normal. They are insisting on clearer photos which I'm finding hard to take, before they can offer any help which means they won't be helping me further. The customer service is shocking and stressful. I will be contacting trading standards and placing a large order elsewhere.

Shopped around and PlasticOnline looked like the best value. I placed my order online, quickly resolved a query by email and received my order, cut exactly to size, in a few days. This is genuine cast plexiglass and arrives very well packed. I suggest they could also sell the secondary glazing magnetic tape and become a one stop shop! Happy customer :)

Bought perspex from a different company last year and they were awful (p e r s p e x s h e e t u k ). Badly damaged, slow delivery, rubbish courier and took about six weeks for a refund.

Awful experience. Made an order and never received it?! I had to chase a refund with no apology or explanation given as to why my order never arrived.
THEN, two weeks after their marketing teams emails me asking if i'll 'send some pictures of your plastic in action', if you sent what I had paid for then maybe I would have...Mickey Mouse comes to mind...

I bought a sheet of A3 acrylic via eBay. It arrived a day ahead of schedule, safely packaged in a recyclable padded envelope.

The acrylic was protected in both sides by film as it should be, and thus was flawless when opened.
