Have used this company several times as prices are good, but on almost every occasion the order arrives with bits missing, or broken. The last time we counted the number of pipes delivered and noted there were two missing. We reported this to the driver, and also sent the company an email, but the missing pipes were never delivered. We don't have time to waste chasing missing items, so won't use them again.

I should have read the reviews, this company need to be taken to court , take your money in a flash but you never see the goods, never answer the phone or respond to email, thieves,

Not happy. Several missing parts and no response by email or telephone number and it’s holding up work. Getting angry now are they taking advantage of Covid?

Terrible service. no communication. no delivery! AVOID at all costs. just trying to claim my money back. covid is no excuse for shocking service if that is what they think.

Good value and reasonably quick delivery. No communication other than acknowledgement of order.

Bad experience with this company. ordered and payed for materials half of the order turned up, To be fair they got straight back to me after an email I sent, but to find the next delivery turn up with yet again parts of the order missing.
So I decided to lose money and purchase from a reliable store.

Stuff arrived good price, communication could be a bit better but overall good. Would use them again.

Terrible company, ordered drainage channels, heard nothing, had to chase up my order only to be told they had no stock and wouldn’t have for 15 weeks. They should allow the website to take orders when they have no stock. Then had to wait days for a refund before I re-orders with a decent company. Avoid at all costs

Ordered green underground ducting, company took money, did not reply to first email as to where order was, finally got through to someone on the phone who said order was on hold as out of stock!
No mention of this on their website at the time of ordering and right now is still not showing as out of stock.
Reason for website not up to date was given as the director has probably forgotten to update it.
Very poor service, usually use the drainage superstore but decided to save ten pounds a roll on the ducting with plastic express, wont be using Plastic express again and suggest others phone before ordering to check stock and delivery times.

still waiting on refund, phone chasing every few days get told it will be done same day, never seems to appear in bank, AVOID

Waiting ages for the item when it did turn up it was wrong waited another 2 weeks for the replacement, unaware the delivery was thrown over the back gate so when i called to ask where the item was cory said i had signed for it earlier in the day effectively calling me a liar now they won't answer their phones, if you have a job to do stay well away from these people

I read some reviews after ordering and had doubts about service. But I was pleasantly surprised. From ordering until delivery it was only 5days. Communication could be improved. I only had order receipt online, and did not know when despatch took place. A email to customer would be most helpful and good practice. Thank you for product.

Was a bit dubious when ordering from this company due to the reviews, but we ordered and were pleased to receive it within a few days.
All good quality at a reasonable price.

So... away with all these bad reviews! I ordered last Saturday and the price as well as the service has been fabulous. Just go ahead with this company. They are helpful and friendly.

Really rate this company. Admittedly I had to be persistent with calling, however, once I got through I spoke with Cynthia who apologised for their phone service not being as good as usual due to the covid 19 situation. She was extremely helpful and efficient. I would strongly recommend that anyone wanting to contact them be persist with calling as it was definitely well worth the 2 or 3 times of trying to contact them. The price was fantastic. I was very happy with the guttering and it all arrived really quickly. One of the items was damaged in transit so I contacted them again and spoke with Shannon. I explained an item was damaged in transit - a replacement was sent out and received very quickly.

Wish I had read the reviews first about this company.

Placed an order online. Payment taken immediately but no information given regarding delivery time. I chased them 6 days later and was told the order had been despatched and we would receive it that day. What arrived was not what we ordered. Despite several emails to them explaining their error, they have yet to reply. Can't get through to them on the Freephone number or landline. Rings and rings and the call is then disconnected. Don't hold out much hope of receiving my order. Shocking customer service or should I say non-existent.

Is this company still trading cannot contact them by phone no answer, have sent e-mail and waiting for a reply

Always used these folks, quick delivery and always get orders right with the best prices around. Thought the reviews below are unfair and would leave my experience - especially so because many companies are under serious staff and stock pressure due to COVID and suspect reviewers have not taken this into account. Keep up the great work there!
