Scam platform
1. They promote "cancel insurance" even if it won't work when you buy it. Their rules say it must be cancelled 3 days in advance, why do you add it to my order if I'm already buying one day in advance
2. Support is non-existent. Site tells you to send email, but doesn't give you email. What'sApp support just closed conversation. And online chat takes 5+ hours to reply and they will close the ticket in 3 minutes if you don't reply immediately
3. I just don't get booking confirmations or their OTPs. Checked spam, I'm getting other emails, but I don't know what I paid for
4. What they will do - is send you 100 of spam on your sms, on your whatsapp and on your email
If you an event organizer - please respect your audience and use a different platform

Do not fall for their ‘refund guarantee’ that they automatically add to your checkout total.
It is not guaranteed, unless you literally die and have 10 doctors notes.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Platinumlist. I paid extra for their Refund Guarantee, yet when I requested a refund, I received no response and absolutely no support. What is the point of offering a guarantee if customers are left ignored?
I have contacted their customer service multiple times, but my messages have gone unanswered. This lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable. A company that advertises a Refund Guarantee should honor it—quickly and professionally—not leave customers chasing them for weeks.
This experience has shown a serious lack of reliability and customer care. Until Platinumlist actually supports the people who pay for their services, I cannot recommend them to anyone. Very frustrating, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing.

I purchased a concert ticket for **$56**, and the ticket clearly stated **entry before 7–9 PM**. On the event day, the traffic in the area was absolutely horrendous — hundreds of people were stuck, and many arrived late through no fault of their own. I reached at **9:45 PM**, only to be told that my original ticket was **cancelled** because I arrived after 9 PM.
What happened next was unbelievable: they **forced me to pay an additional $65** just to enter, effectively making me buy a second ticket for the same event. No flexibility, no customer care, and no consideration for the obvious traffic situation affecting everyone as the location is a very well known area for traffic i left home 6h45 and i live 30 minutes away from the event area...figure out
This is **unprofessional, unfair, and feels deliberately exploitative**. I ended up paying **over $110** for one concert. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from this company
their policies and customer service are unacceptable, and they clearly prioritize profit over treating customers with basic respect.
It was a marketing strategy as the event didn't make enough money so they had to sell the same ticket twice to the same customer....EPIC ABUSE

I had an issue with a voucher that was automatically changing my ticket date and therefore issuing the wrong ticket. I didn’t hear anything for 7 days and then got a partial solution. No one spoke to me to understand the problem and no one it seems even read my request via WhatsApp properly before going ahead with refunding half the tickets and also not suggesting a way to use the faulty voucher.

If everything goes well, you don’t get to deal with them at all and all is well.
But if you need some help with your tickets, it’s doomed. If you’re counting on any empathy or helpfulness of their agents, it’s hopeless.
Been trying to get some help with an extension (or refund) of a ticket, and they’ve just been extremely slow with answers (wait for at least 2hrs for “hi - no update” on a good day) and it’s been 2 days that there’s been no updates on my simple request from the “appropriate department”.
