Great service and great shoes
Great service and great shoes. Platinum Shoe Care responded to my email and phone call. They got the shoe delivered to me ahead of schedule because I needed them for an event I was attending. Considering I’m in Hawaii and how long it takes things to be shipped and delivered here, I was extremely impressed. I appreciated them handling my order and I will order from them again.

Just a honest review!
I would like to say in the beginning that I think you are the best on the market on handmade products looking between quality and price!!!
In the other hand I just love the idea of unique designs and the work behind of every pair of shoes ! In top of that the quality of customer service is amazing I’m not saying this as a politely person I’m impressed compared to other brands customers service that I deal with honestly I don’t win anything after this review it’s my honest opinion as a customer and I just love everything from A to Z !!!

I have wanted these trainers for two years and they didn’t disappoint one bit - fabulous product . Amazing customer services (only had to ring to see if they could deliver any earlier than the expected date - which they did :) ) . A truly personalised experience- would definitely recommend.

Thank you for your review, however it is extremely unfair and does not paint the full picture.
We shipped your item on the 27th of February, and you were emailed with the tracking. All overseas items are shipped with UPS EXPRESS. On the 5th of March UPS reached out to us to notify us that they were unable to locate your address and the import taxes HAVE NOT been paid, which is why the item has not been delivered.
We emailed you on the 5th of March at 19:14 GMT, asking you to contact your local UPS office to provide the relevant information and make payment for the import taxes which are payable by you as per our terms and conditions.
So were we agree with the fact you have not received your parcel yet, this is not our fault. You have not responded to UPS or our emails. If you believe you have not received any emails, I would encourage you to check your spam folder, or email us info@platinumshoecare.co.uk. We are only a small business and struggle to understand why you have left a 1 star review and not even made contact to us directly! We are a pleasant team and more then happy to help were we can.

Our lead time on orders in 4-6 weeks as per our website, all of our items are handcrafted and take a very long time to make. I can see that you ordered on the 18th of January and your order was shipped on 22nd of February. Shipping confirmation was emailed to you on 22nd of February at 21:20. After looking at the tracking I can see there was a hold up at customs, this could be for a number of different reasons, but it is likely because the custom fees have not been paid by yourself.
Since your review we have emailed you again with all of your tracking details, please contact your local UPS office pay the customs tax and then they will deliver your item.
