Staff are friendly and very eager to give advise on supplies for our son cadets equipment. They have a variete of equipment from outdoor to military equipment. I honestly spent all my money in shops like this. Great work to this Platoon team.

Great after sales service from Platoon stores.

I bought a new so rifle which included a scope. I had problems zeroing in the scope.

I spoke with Peter the owner and asked me bring it over which I did. He helped and advised on getting scope setup for me. He even offered to take rifle and sight in for me if I had further troubles. As it happened it turned out good but really appreciated the offer.

Great customer service after a glitch - proactive rather than reactive.

Me and a couple of mates attended their late night Wednesday, pistol club range sessions. Had a great time. Good service and atmosphere with Staff having a good laugh and on hand to help with the automated knock down range system if needed. Targets are great as they have a timer for added competition. Great stock levels for any BB's/gas ect needed and a good selection of kit in the upstairs showroom. I'd highly recommend Platoon stores and their pistol range.

A great shop full of great staff. I have used them for all sort’s - custom orders, high value items, repairs and maintenance. Orders are received and sorted promptly. The customer experience has always been outstanding. The staff are eager to help, and make sure each product / service works for you. The aftercare is second to none (twice I even took a product they didn’t sell me for repair) and they have always come back in fantastic working condition. Could not recommend this store enough.

Great store and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Lots of great stock for anything you need for airsoft, could spends hours in there talking and looking. The new range with electronic targets system is great fun. Looking forward to coming back.

Went in for some new bits for work - everyone was very friendly and helped me sort everything I needed.
Even ordered in stuff I was looking for but they didn't have in stock.
Will definitely head back if the need ever arises again

My daughter is a cadet and so every time we need any new kit this is who we use. Being a typical female most of this gear is foreign to me but the guys in this shop always go above and beyond. They always know exactly what I’m talking about when I ask for something.
