Platoon stores are my go to for anything Airsoft, I’ve built a good relationship with the guys. They are really helpful and don’t mind spending time to find what’s right for you. If they don’t have it in store they will try and find it and order it in for you. Definitely worth a trip there. Turk

Recently been into the store a couple of times with my son who has just started the hobby. The gents were incredibly welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge by answering any questions we had. I would happily reccomend the company and the services they offer.

Great store, staff are always on hand to assist me with all my needs. Got a vast range of products available and will always do their best to cater to your every need.

The place to go if you want the right selection of kit, gear, guns and tech work. Many times I’ve approached them with a build in mind and in a short period of time this has been made a reality. Great advice and customer service every time, always made to feel welcome and like a valued customer.

Traveled up from sittingbourne with a friend. Walked in to enquire about a regulator for my snowpeak m60. I gather from the staff there that the person i talked to was i guess the manager. Off the bat this person started being very negative towards me,and told me it wouldnt work,what i was trying to tell him. Basically i want to swap the air tube on m60 to swap for a bottle. So i get more shots per fill. This person did not have a clue about the adapter you need for a bottle conversion. He had a go at his own staff too,because they were talking at the same time. I felt for the guys,they did nothing wrong. I will not be returning to this miserable place again! I would suggest if the owner is this person,you need to fire yourself. If he isnt the owner,hes driving potential buyers away. The reviews for this guy is the same. Hes too rude and has no patience. I will thank the staff though,they remained professional and polite. Never met a person so rude that is trying to run a business. Good luck for the future.

Great Service, Great Shop & Great Value.
This really sums up my experience of dealing with this company both on the phone & then in person in store. Having spoken to the owner Pete several times on the phone I found his advice invaluable in choosing an air rifle for my 85 yo father in law who suddenly fancied target shooting in his back garden!! He wanted a rifle that was compact, lightweight & easy to use & Pete came up with the perfect solution, the SMK SYNTARG & great value at just £115. So we made the journey to his store to see and feel the rifle & to meet the man with the knowledge. The shop itself is an Aladdins Cave of all things shooting & Pete & his team were friendly, helpful & humorous which made the experience all the more enjoyable. It was so nice to deal with someone face to face & to actually see & feel the product rather than armchair shop the faceless internet, my father in law walked away a happy man with the perfect rifle for his needs, ammunition, cleaning kit & gun oil all for around £150. Thank you Pete & Team Platoon 👍🏼

I started playing Airsoft last year and since then I have relied on Platoon Stores for help and advice and to purchase my kit. The are all amazing, friendly, professional and offer a service second to none. The Manager Jim Smith is awesome and I could not rate high more highly.

Staff are very friendly no problems there , but the owner PETER EVERETT is very rude and sarcastic the shop would be a far better place if the owner was behind the scenes and not dealing with the public as he has no customer service skills at all .

Ordered a few items, website was easy to use, prices were good and they shipped quickly. Would definitely use again.
