Zero transparency. Accidently used their website again. It makes me feel gambling is brutal addiction. It's designed to profit of desperation..this game design is designed to make someone extremely rich for me it's 99% losses or tiny little gains, really wish I never touched this site. I am sure the 1% that win like it.
And it is overly complicated to withdraw money. I swear last time I ever use it. Sure, the game graphics are outstanding and there's some psychological manipulation involved. Play alberta needs to fix the issues with their machines. I find as soon as the game starts paying well your kicked out due to error or lost server and a lot of the time when you get back in the machine is no longer paying as well. Also I am playing spirit of Mustang west express and the hold and spin bonus just quit working. I got to where a couple more spins would have given me the bonus and then it just stopped working. Been playing a lot and not getting the bar to move at all although the rules say get bonus pics in rows 2 and 3 moves it and I have hit that close to a hundred or more times and hasn't moved it also it's more than just the 1 day and I have reported that one and more. 4 different times I've logged into my play alberta account and somehow someone else's account showed up. A different name and a different balance that wasn't mine but my login credentials. I spun that persons account balance so fast before it logged me out.

Play Alberta is legit and regulated, so payouts do work if you ever get the chance to withdraw. However, in my experience, winning is extremely rare. It feels like 1 small win for every 10 losses, and most of the time any winnings are immediately taken back.

Bonuses look exciting, but they don’t really increase what you actually get. Once wagering is done, there’s usually little to nothing left. It often feels like the house always wins, especially for regular players.

They cheat, and should be sued out of existence. If you play for more than an hour, they feel that it is their right to reduce your odds to near zero, thus dropping your balance to zero very quickly. I just saw my money disappear in a very short time, watching my balance drop every spin, win or not. That is normally referred to as fraud and theft.

Since I registered my account in 2020, they have never paid out any of my winnings, which have accumulated to several hundred Canadian dollars. So I tried this casino when I was visiting Alberta at the beginning of November and won $500. I go to withdrawal my money, and It won't let me. I need verification documents, they give me a list of documents they accept. I submit the documents, then go to withdrawal again, then get an error message stating I have to contact support. So I contact support, who say oh one of the documents you submitted was not valid. So we go back and forth about what documents they accept. So I re submit new documents, and nope they say because the document is more than 6 months old, they can't accept it. So I submit more documents. This is just to prove my name and address. Which all the documents had the same name and address. Fast forward to today. December 27, 2025. Still have not been able to withdrawal my funds because the new documents I have submitted are under review. DO NOT WASTE MONEY on this site.

Painfully poor customer service. First you have to get past the artificial ai responses that don’t acknowledge there is any problem but offer some COURTESY games for your inconvenience. The initial way they got me in was to offer ten plays of Loaded 7s which failed to work. The wager per play was showing as 6 cents and it kept saying try later. Six hours later got through to a supposed live person who credited my account with the value: sixty cents!!!! What a ripoff!!!

I tried to purchase 30$ lotto max. Transaction did not go through but got a email saying they charge my credit card 30$ and its going into my play alberta account. I tried buying ticket again and it said it didn’t go through so i tried again and it went through. I check my credit card and it charged me twice even though it said transaction did not work.
