I placed an order for ear buds on 23…

I placed an order for ear buds on 23 May 2020 and paid on that day. Despite calling their UK contact number and emailing them I am still to hear about the delivery of my purchase over a month later. I have placed a claim with my credit card company and also with PayPal.
A recent web search found another customer who never received their order, and suggested this is a scam.
Please be very wary of spending your money on this product - rather donate it to charity where it can at least do some good.

Total scam company

I ordered 2 sets of headphones back on April 28th, I have called several times and I always get the same answer. Due to covid-19 it is taking longer.. I’m going to try to file a fraud case with my bank and see if I can get my money back that way.. I’m not holding my breath..

Playbeatz- Stay clear

I've ordered two products 15 days ago and haven't yet received anything. I've tried contacting Playbeatz but their customer service is non existent.

I can't help but feel i've been scammed. Reading the reviews on here, I'm now certain of it. I'm shocked because I'm careful with this kind of thing, I seen them rated highly and went to an official website.

Very disappointed, now the fight to get my money back!

I am usually vigilant when ordering online products and I'm really embarrassed to say that I was totally sucked in by this scam. Similar to previous reviews, I paid in full and received an email explaining the delivery process etc. I waited in excess of the 30 days stated on the email with no delivery. I sent an email with details of the order etc. No response to that after 2 weeks so I made a phone call to the Australia and New Zealand number. Voice over requested order number etc etc and stated that the call wait time was high due to multiple calls related to delivery................related to COVID 19. Fair enough I thought. Decided I would wait to talk to someone. All of a sudden, the voice over asked me if my enquiry had been dealt with to my satisfaction and requested I leave a rating. I didn't even get to talk to anyone! Decided to check their website and found these reviews.................now I feel like a complete idiot and will follow the actions of one of the reviewers and make contact with my bank to get a refund. Wish I had done due diligence and sought reviews prior to ordering like I usually do! Buyer beware!

Why do these people get to steal our…

Why do these people get to steal our money??
I have not received my 3 pairs of headphones I ordered months ago because I seen them on Facebook which I would expect to be a “good thing” .
It makes Facebook look like they are part of this scam? Facebook should not allow these scams on their site. Very disappointed by these were for gifts and now I don’t the extra money to buy something else.

We got scammed also!

We got scammed also!! Ordered two pairs for $91 on May 1st and haven’t received anything! Tried emailing once and they responded and said we’d get a shipping notification, still haven’t seen that and when I tried to call customer service you just get put on a hold, never actually speaking to anyone. So pissed we got ripped off!🤬

Finally!!!!

Looks like we've all been had.
Ordered May 6. Took money immediately. Nothing since.
No response to emails or chat.
Worryingly their web site changes my order date to the current date every time I enter my order details.
Will I ever receive my order? I doubt it.

I ordered playbeatz earbuds in April…

I ordered playbeatz earbuds in April 2020 till now no shipping email or delivery which made me believe that they scammed me. No response for emails and calls , toll free number for Canada is like joke , u call that number after waiting few minutes in call, call gets dropped. i lost 50 US$ for this scammers. Please refrain from ordering this earbuds.

Playbeatz - have you stolen my money?

Having read the comments below, I too have not received the earbuds. I bought 2 sets on 4 May 2020 and a £10 warranty. Total spent is £79.99. I also researched them and all seemed positive. They initially responded quite quickly to my request for a confirmation of purchase of the second pair of earbuds. However, after chasing for a revised date of when I could expect to receive my order, I was not getting any response. Their voicemail is blaming it on Covid. Are they a scam? If so why are they allowed to advertise?

10mins after writing above, I spoke to someone at Customer Service and they told me Playbeatz products are on backorder due to high demand. Latest I would receive product was 4th July 2020!!!
