I purchased two Play Paw Floppy Fish for my two small dogs. The first day the dogs went wild and thoroughly played with the fish. From then on nothing. I have tried to entice them by playing with the dogs and the Floppy Fish but sadly the novelty has worn off. The Floppy Fish is very well made, and to have a rechargeable battery is great. The company supplied the goods packed just right and delivery was swift.

My two dogs who suffer with the heat have taken to the cool beds like ducks to water and sleep much better now, no more pacing or panting. Thank you for such a wonderful idea.😴😴

I got the eating bowls and the water fountain for my cat. Button (the cat) took to the bowls immediately and looks much more comfortable when eating. Easy to clean. Look neat. The water fountain is easy to construct and to clean. Works well. Highly recommend. Excellent communication on delivery. Thank you !

I have a female cat she only eats dry food and she would be sick every other day so when i saw these anti sickness bowls i thought I would give them a go, at last she has only been sick once since i started using the bowls 👌

I bought a super de-furring /massage comb for our long-haired moggy. Although it doesn't remove lots and lots of hair, she absolutely loves it and let's me groom her - probably because it doesn't pull at the hair, and gives her a delicious scratch. There was quite a bit of delay receiving it, but because there was a lot of email communication it didn't feel like the order had simply been forgotten. Overall, a good company I will use again.

Finally found some bowls that stop the cat gulping his food and being ill. Thank you.

We bought the adjustable seat belt as we have a cocker spaniel who is lively in the car. What I like about this one (we have tried others) is that it has a safety catch which he can not undo…and we can shorten or lengthen it. It is good value for money and a nice blue colour. I can attach a photo if required. So far this is working very well and the customer service has been great right from the outset of purchase. This is a genuine purchase and I have receipt and postage details if required. .

Early doors but my terriers travelled better with these today (and we have tried LOADS of crate/seat belt options). Now cautiously looking forward to our planned autumn road trip.

Bought this to keep my dog restrained in the back of my car , it’s amazing! No more getting tangled with the old one clipped into the seat belt . My dog settles down quickly and is so safe . Thank you so much Play Paw 🐾

Anti vomiting bowls arrived quickly, exactly as ordered. We have had them before so repeat order from new retailer.

They seemed to have an alert that ordered had not arrived with us & followed up so that was good although all fine.

The car seat belts arrived when promised and seem to be of good quality. I used them for my 3 dogs for the first time yesterday and have to say they are easier to get on the dogs than the ones attached to the seat belt connection. I would recommend this type of belt for dogs

Anti vomiting cat bowls. Great and exactly as described. Delivered quickly. They have really helped my little fat cat take her time with her food.

Good quality restraint. Works really well on headrest. Online realised that they did a stronger mark 2 version after buying which I probably would have gone for. Showed my sister who really liked it. Delivery was within a few days and certainly ahead of their committed delivery date so all good.

Ordered this as it attaches to the vehicle around the headrest, which makes it easy to switch from one vehicle to another. It arrived speedily, and the first time we used it I'd forgotten to pack the dog's lead... Flash of inspiration and a eureka moment! I took it off the headrest in the car and held the looped end like a lead - and it worked a treat! Two for the price of one = doubly versatile! Good positive updates from PlayPaw too between order and delivery.

I ordered the biggest size harness for my dog however the name pieces which stick on via Velcro came too large (the dig into my dog & the Velcro rips her hair out), the company takes days to a week to reply & then (even know it is clearly a design fault) asked me for more money for postage to replace the pieces to the correct size- the item does not match the pictures & they are clearly a middle man and not a legit company!

I’ve took the complaint now to Citizens advice who will send to trading standards.

After this Playpaw have now sent replacement pieces that ARE TOO SMALL and without the original telephone number on them, I’m honestly worn out from this company so I have left it at that,

TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THEY ARE NOW GETTING TRUST PILOT TO REMOVE HONEST REVIEWS - I woke up today being told my review will be removed unless I can send in all my correspondence to trust pilot which I have done. They need to question the integrity of this company rather then the ppl who have been ripped off!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DODGY COMPANY TO ANYONE they’re more interested in hiding honest reviews then resolving issues, greedy & dis-honest!

I had an item which was faulty. Although I felt it took a bit longer than necessary to resolve, I received a replacement item without having to return the original faulty item. All correspondence with the company was pleasant and helpful and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I recently bought the adjustable car safety belt, i like that you can secure the bottom clip to the seat belt buckle. I had one similar but my dog could walk around the back seat. I use the middle clip and she can sit and lie down with ease. Gives me peace of mind that she is secure and not going anywhere!
