I wish I could give 0 stars, this place went from best to worse fb online casino...they change rules, now charge you to play and then again to redeem if u can win..been playing there games before they got the wesite, like 7yrs completely a rip off, stay away..they got big, stopped giving bonus, they even make you play your cash back from the game platforms that have their own rewards for playing them, they want let you reedem that...I wish I could report them to the game platforms..
So 10-15% to load and same to reedem
Play 50 get charge 59...then of you must get 100 to reedem, then they charge 13 and some change to reedem the 100..so you walk away a whole $28 out of 100...

Horrible, they change their rules when it's convenient for them. Won on a free spin which I have many times and cashed out ( I deposit every single day) well all of a sudden can't cash out winnings from a free spin. Then just kept my money didn't even put it back on platform. They are rude and horrible. Theives and liars

I regret ever depositing money at PlayPlayPlay Casino. What started as an entertaining gaming experience quickly turned into a nightmare when it came time to withdraw my winnings.

Their website clearly advertised a $2,000 daily limit for Bitcoin cashouts, which seemed reasonable. However, when I attempted to withdraw $2,000, they suddenly changed their policy to a $500 limit without any prior notice.

Even worse, despite their stated cashout hours (9am-9pm), when I tried to withdraw just $500 via Bitcoin, they made me wait for my request to be "processed" only to reject it conveniently after their 9pm cutoff. This forced me to wait until the next day to attempt an ACH withdrawal instead.

The final insult came when I logged in the following day to check on my withdrawal status - my entire account had been deleted!

All access to my $2k+ winnings (after over $500 in deposits) completely vanished.

I've attempted to contact customer support multiple times with no response. They've effectively kept all of my money without any explanation or recourse.

Save yourself the headache and financial loss - stay far away from PlayPlayPlay Casino. There are plenty of legitimate online casinos that actually pay out when you win.
