Scam site, you will NOT get the item you ordered! Avoid at all costs!

Like others I have been caught out by this scam which is essentially the Bait and Switch scam. I ordered two of the clock kits and received two wallets. I've gone through contacting the seller who is demanding I return the wallets recorded to China to gain a refund. Even though their website still suggests the clock is available, they've not once suggested paying for the return of the wallets or sending out the clocks. They just suggest 30% refund and I keep the wallet. They want you to jump through their hoops to gain a refund. Basically do not spend your money. I have escalated to PayPal and if that fails will contact my credit card provider.

Sent me a cheap wallet instead of the clock I ordered. Total scam site. Trying to give a percentage of what I paid.

Like many of you in here, I've purchased the DIY RGB pseudo clock by playsdom and I've received a wallet. Through resolution centre from Paypal (only if the payment processed throug Paypal) and after a few messages that I've exchanged with "playsdom" I've managed to get a full refund (item cost+shipping costs). The seller was trying to make me agree with an arrangement and compensate me with a percentage of the amount I gave.

I'd give zero stars if that was possible. After waiting a month for our order, it was a cheap wallet and not the tube clock we'd ordered. They blamed it on the shipper (same excuse given to others). We were told we'd have to pay to return it to China for a possible refund. Will be contacting PayPal for help. Terrible company. Don't buy from them.

Total SCAM site. Ads for an item that doesn't exist. Sends a piece of worthless garbage. Very difficult to deal with, going through PayPal for refund. It is a SCAM site. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Apparently the clock I ordered does not exist. Like everyone else, I got a crappy wallet and a sob story about the shipper making a mistake. Hopefully American Express will get me my money back.

I ordered a clock valued 23.99 USD and paid 9.99 USD in shipping.
I received a wallet valued 5 USD!!!

I politely complained to customer service.

They asked me if I wanted a refund of USD 23.99 which I rejected asking if they really wanted me to pay 10 USD for an item I *did not* order.

I gave them two options:

Send the ordered item free of any further charges OR
fully reimburse me 33.98 USD.

And if they wanted their wallet back, they'd have to pay for the shipping to return it.

At least their complaints department works, because I received a full refund on paypal.
But I guess they'll have to clean up their shipping department, because it seems that doesn't work.

-5 stars! I ordered a laser but I did not get it. They won't resent or refund, and the service is Crap. I lost my money and I am not amused at all!

One star seems one star too much, also ordered this LED clock and got a wallet instead. Seems that is something purpose. Customer service says „send back and tell if you want refund or the clock“. Still thinking about whether I should give it another try and send back (for about 12€ and the hazzle to get it shipped) or not :-/

Scam site. Send random crappy items instead of what you order.

Yet another person who was scammed. ordered a clock, got a junky wallet. I'll be letting my CC bank know.

I ordered the cabinet for the bathroom never received it instead got a plastic basket they took my money so i know this is a scam never ever will i order from them again false advertising.

Like everyone else, ordered the glow clock and received a wallet... Seller wants the wallet back to send 100% refund. Otherwise 30 or 45%

I ordered the clock like all the rest and received a brown wallet.

Escalated to PayPal. I hope I'll get my $$ back.

This is a complete scam. Ordered a clock and got a wallet. Do not buy anything from these people!

Same as everyone else. I ordered the LED Clock and received a Pizhenbao Bifold Smooth Vegan Synthetic Leather Wallet. I opened a case with PayPal and they offered me $12 (with shipping I paid $33.98) which I declined. Typical bait & switch

Why does Shipping take that long from China. So many people could have been warned not to buy a simply non existing clock.
