This is my second order and I am extremely satisfied: good price, prompt shipment, good packaging, everything arrived in good shape in France.

Responsive and a vast selection of items, and really easy to navigate through the store.

Never ordered from Plaza Japan and so even after confirming it was a legit site I was still nervous. But I am happy to say that my first time purchasing here went well. I have been a big fan of Arceus since it came out, and I love the characters in it especially Adaman and Volo. So I was super excited to find out years later they had these little figurines. I bought Adaman (Seki) and I love it so much. The details were to a t from the original concept art they had of him. Right down to the diamonds on the bottom of his shoes. I am impressed. I only wish they had bigger pvc figurines of him and Volo available, because I am so in love with the potential these little figurines have! I highly recommend buying from here. Though a little pricey for what you get, I really am happy with my purchase. I even got the Arceus Pokéball replica from Pokémon Center to go with the figures. Truly satisfied customer here. I look forward to buy more from here eventually when I can. Thank you for a great first experience to everyone who was involved in preparing and shipping out my order!

I have bought several model cars from Plaza Japan as they have the cars I have had in real life, so I collect everyone I can find, and make and paint them the same as I had when I owned them. Their service and pricing is the best I have seen anywhere in Australia or Overseas countries. Always packaged great and delivered very quickly. Thank you guys and I will order again.
