I've ordered software before from PlazaSoftware. Normally it installs and is licensed quickly. This time however for some reason it gave me a scare. Saying that has been used multiply times. BUT, I didn't panic, I just reached out to that little support chat on the right hand side. And got the help I needed. I will admit it did take a lot longer. I will be buying again tomorrow. We will see if the process goes sooth or if I'll be chatting again with support.

PlazaSoftware is an exceptional software store with excellent customer service. Chris was very responsive to my emails and resolved my issue quickly. Knowing that the store is receptive to my email questions and is willing to help along with being satisfied with all my purchases, I will definitely do business with them again.

This is the second time in 6 months I have purchased a Windows 10 Pro product key from PlazaSoftware. The first time I had no issues, the second time I could not get Windows 10 to activate. I emailed their support and received a response back within an hour or so. After sending in a screenshot of the error, I was provided with another license key that worked. I appreciate the customer service, Chris was helpful and not accusatory, as are some online retailers, My issue was resolved in a timely manner and I will be doing business with PlazaSoftware again in the future!

James did a great job answering my questions prior to my order and stayed on line with me will I completed the download and install of my order.

I am in no way computer of tech savvy. I have been waiting for months to install my Microsoft Home and Student 2019 software on my laptop. It had been installed on my home computer by someone else however they are no longer in Virginia. I got the nerve began a chat with Michael and with patience, professionalism and kindness Michael allowed me to successfully 1. access my correct account to install. Change the password as there were issues with verification 2. install the proper software onto my computer. I'm encouraged to learn more about the computer thanks to Michael.

Michael answered all of my questions about Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019 For Windows that I was interested in. I purchased the program and it arrived quickly. It was easy to download and install and it converted my older documents seamlessly. I'm very thankful to Michael for his help.

Purchased a Windows 10 Pro Key, and it was invalid. I emailed them asking for help, and simply after providing proof of the key not working, I got a replacement that worked. Relatively quick turnover time as well, about 3 hours after my initial email with the issue was when I had the problem solved. Seems just like a small reseller doing their best.

Got the wrong product key by accident. Was sent a new one that fit my computers needs and was rocking. I was stoked. And got it at $21.

Very satisfied.... I am always skeptical about getting product keys for software, but I have done it before and just wanted to find someone reliable. I read the Trustpilot reviews of satisfied customers and there were so many positive reviews that I decided to take the risk. The price was right (inexpensive). Got an email immediately with the product key and the directions. (Be sure to follow the directions so you don't get lost. The instructions made it simple.)... Just wanted to leave a review for anyone else who is wondering if it is worth the risk.. It is.

I was installing Windows 10 on a friend's older computer when we realized that it could not be activated unless we had a license. I ordered one at Plazasoftware and within minutes had a product code key. After a slight "hiccup" Chris, of Plazasoftware helped me through the activation process. I am very pleased with the quality and service I was provided.

I just got another MS Office package after obtaining one from you last year, around May. That version had to be wiped out of my hard drive due to malware attack. I had such a good experience with that installation that I decided to go back to Plaza for a new MS Office package because I couldn't find my order number or information on the previous purchase. That's OK. I have had a little problem installing the new package, but got quick, efficient, and very helpful assistance from Michael at Plaza Software. This kind of customer service is not easily forgotten and I will certainly make as many recommendations to all my peers as the opportunity offers.

I tried to install the Microsoft Office 2019 home and student software following Plaza Software instructions. Several files were erased and my Bios was corrupted and not repairable. Cost me over $300 to get fixed.

Now they will not even issue a credit. Buyer beware.

After having difficulty installing my software I emailed Plazasoftware on a Saturday and got a quick reply. The representative was courteous and helpful and gave explicit instructions. The problem was resolved after two emails.
