The product key I first got didn't work, but the support staff Chris was very responsive and helpful. He solved the issue and I got the installation done very quickly. Now everything works very well! I recommend this place!

I’m a repeat customer. The Office 2019 software that I purchased from them most recently had an error when entered on the Microsoft site. I sent an email explaining the problem and had a prompt reply from Chris with a new Product Key. The new key worked, and I installed my software successfully. Thanks!

Definitely not a company I will never deal with again!
Definitely not a company I will never ever deal with again.
I had a crash and attempted to reinstall office 19.
The install code was not valid and upon calling Microsoft support they informed me the code was not a valid code. After numerous attempts to reinstall through Plaza I became so frustrated I went to another vendor and purchased a new copy. After sale service their support is way less tahs desireable. I purchased a license reguardless of computer. Never had this problem with purchases from microsoft!

You purchased this product on 2020 and you told us that you changed your computer/machine. To be informed this product is only allow 1 machine/same machine to be activated as Microsoft's rule. If you change your device, you need to purchase another one.

Valid Microsoft Product Key and Quick Response
I purchased Microsoft Office Home here, and it sent me the Product Key which is redeemable and linked to my Microsoft account. The redeem/download link is directly from official Microsoft website.
When I initially tried to redeem the Product Key from the email, it said "This code has already been redeemed". Therefore I contacted Plazasoftware customer service. Within 10 minutes, they responded to my question about the Product Key and gave me a new one. The new Product Key worked this time and I have successfully installed the software on my computer.

Got Good Help from Chris
I purchased a software key from this company and tried to install the software on my laptop. Initially the install was not successful, and I later found out that was caused by something on my computer. Chris patiently worked with me and resolved the issue. Great seller, backs up products
This is a great seller with great deals. I purchased a version of MS Office for a fraction of what it was for sale elsewhere, and provided with the proper and legal product key, it installed without issue on a new hp Windows 11 laptop. I highly recommend this seller.
