Terrible customer service

Plenti used to be my telephone company number one due to their packages they used to offer, price and decent customer service.

It all changed with them switching to TDC and now to Telmore.
My old credit card I used to pay for subscription expired in February.
I used that card for over a year at Plenti without any problem.
On March I received new credit card - it's the same one as a previous card I used at Plenti for over a year, just new extended expiration date and different CVC code.

So I jumped to My Plenti and tried to update my billing details - credit card details so I could proceed to pay for my mobile subscription.

When I did so and get through the 3D Secure step, my payment was declined.
I tried it few more times, still declined.

Then I tried different credit card (either Mastercard or Visa and either czech or danish card), different banks, different types of accounts. None of them have worked.
I wrote to Plenti.dk customer service online chat.
I was told to speak with my bank because Plenti still does accept foreign Mastercard or VISA cards as they used to before (for example on February they still did..)

I had over fifteen calls and a 2,5-hours long personal meetings with my two banks I am using, to go through all of the verifications that my cards are working.
I also did many payment attemps on different websites and all of the cards worked.

Then I wrote an email and called to customer service.
The customer service only help was just telling them my full credit card details - because of that I have to order new card now and block the old one due to possibility of card/money fraud, thanks - so they could try the payment on their side.
I did not understand that. They do not believe me that it does not work??
I am so desperate to fulfil the payment that I told them these details.

When a guy on the phone finds out that it does not work he was not able to help anymore and said "I just have to try more".
What?!!!?!
I am trying to fulfil the payment for 2 weeks every day, calling and writing on every side and I can see that all fo my cards are working and the only help from Plenti after trying my card personally is "You have to just try more". Awesome. Now I will lose my subscription I have for over a year and probably a number which I have for over two years. Good job.

Terrible. I have never ever experienced something like that and I am customer at Plenti for over a year. It used to be great. Now it's a big shame.
