Insincere company and rude customer service

First I get set up with a trial package that I did not say yes to, then they make me pay for it when I did not cancel the package that I did not know I had. Only get notified about the costs three months later and they insist that I accepted the package, but will not show me the proof they claim to have. Very bad customer service that calls me rude because I don't believe them on their word. Simply they wanted me off of their cheap free data subscription, and they did so in a very unfair and illegal manner. Changed provider right away and will take this case to Teleanke.

UPDATE: won the case and got my money back. Recommend anyone else to do the same.
