First delivery arrived on time and in safe styrofoam box to prevent melting. I tried regular dose size a year ago with strong stomach side effects and so far the microdose has not caused any side effects at all.

I've been on a Glp1 for over 2 years and wanted to switch to a compound to decrease cost. I was able to show proof of my current Rx and stay on the same dose. Communication around the dose was a little tricky, so it took about 3 weeks..but it all worked out. Shipping was seemless and fast. I am so happy I have a solution for long term maintenance at a more affordable price.

Easy process, easy intake questionnaire. Medication sent by ups in a refrigerated box. Easy to follow instructions are included, as well as syringes and alcohol prep packets.

Last year I went on a regimen of GLP-1, .25 for 4 weeks, .5 for 4 weeks, and 1 for four weeks. I lost 25 lbs. I gained it back, so this year I started again with Plexus. No weight loss at all, in fact I gained weight. The fact that one of the vials was 20 units short is kind of irrelevant. Every now and then I'd email them to tell them what was going on, response was someone would get back to me right away, that went back and forth for 3 weeks before a doctor responded and it really didn't clarify anything. So I'm out >$400 with nothing to show for it. I'd give a zero star if it was available. Now they want me to sign up for another 3 months. Yeah.

The entire process with this company was incredibly streamlined. After you answer the personal questionaire *honestly*- a doctor reviews it. For me this was all done within a couple hours. The medication was shipped within hours of me paying. Very fast. Flat fee, no hidden fees. I paid what they said i would pay, no monthly subscription. The communication with the doctor and the customer service have been great, no complaints at all. They communicated all instructions, and I can contact them anytime I need them. I'm super happy I decided to go with this company for my care!!

Great experience, the response from the provider was fast, efficient and felt personal when there was some questions about my health history. I received a check-in after starting as well as some great recipe and meal plan ideas which was more than expected and appreciated. So far, the medication has been effective and little side effects.

My experience with PlexusDx has been really fantastic. Questions answered within minutes and first dose arrived next day. They are really on top of things and J would highly recommend them. I did look into several other websites but felt really good about PlexusDx and am so happy I went with them! I am doing the micro-dosing and it is super easy to administer.

I applied for a GLP-1 compounded formula. The approval process took about a day and I received the medication about 5 days later. The prescription arrived expertly cold-packed. I knew exactly when to expect the package as I received consistent delivery notifications. I am currently taking the first 4 week dose schedule. I hope continued refills and increases go as smoothly as the first.

I had looked for a company approximately 6 months that I trusted. I’m one that always has so many questions and I feel for the customer service employees. I had a small issue, after that I swear every person at PlexusDX was involved. I’ve never seen so many that wanted to help me from Intake, Support and Care. I thank all of you for sensing my fear if I was doing the right thing . You were patient and kind. Everything turned out great. I received my order today and the wonderful nurses walked me through the injection. Thank you to the delivery service and packing because the product was on ice and neatly organized and really if I hadn’t called the nurse I probably could have done it myself. I’m giving a 5 star but I really haven’t done this long enough to know any different. Shipping wasn’t very fast for me. UPS is not the best. For 2 days they said my medication was due to arrive and it didn’t. I finally got my prescription and I just wish they didn’t take so long arriving. It’s probably a UPS thing though. As far as meds, I’m on my 2nd week and giving it a chance.

So far PLexusDX was easy to join, with no hidden fees, fast and linear process to get to the first dose. Communication was straightfarward, nothing to complain.

Everything from the beginning has made a lasting impression. From the personal text messages with very thorough, kind and respectful responses to processing what would fit best for our needs, including amazing support from the care team(s). I am continuing my journey with PlexusDX and look forward to future support and options. No harassing calls or emails like other brands we have researched and I truly appreciate that.

If I could give this company a -100 stars, I would. What started as a great experience has turned into a bit of a nightmare. When I initially ordered, I thoroughly read the information on the PlexusDx site. There is no mention that there’s additives in the tirzepatide medication. I believed based on the company's website that I was getting pure tirzepatide.
When I got the prescription sent over from the provider, I immediately reached out and told PlexusDx that I cannot have any additives in the medication due to a previous severe allergic reaction and asked that the pharmacy not fill that prescription. I also asked where the additive information was located on the company’s website because I looked all over it before placing my order and could not find anything. No one from PlexusDx could tell me where that information was disclosed - because it’s not. The company then shipped me the medication - despite my request not to fill - with the additive I had told them I am severely allergic to.
I requested a refund on August 27 after trying to work with PlexusDx for several weeks. I was told multiple times that my refund request was “with the billing team”.
On September 14, I got a notice that a prescription was written filled and shipped - 18 days after I canceled and requested a refund. To reiterate, from 8/27 forward, I reached out multiple times about my request for a refund and every single time got the response that it was with the billing team. I never heard from the billing team.
You can imagine my shock when 18 days later, with no response to my requests for a refund, PlexusDx filled and shipped more medication.
My credit card company is now fighting with this company to get them to refund my money.
Today I got ANOTHER NOTIFICATION that PlexusDx had sent out more medication, which is pretty unbelievable since they just shipped me medication 2 days ago - instead of giving me a refund.
It’s like Groundhog Day with this company. I canceled and requested a refund 21 days ago. Seriously quit sending me meds and just refund my money.

I've been working with PlexusDx for the last 2 months and it has been a great experience. Customer service and doctor communication has been excellent. All my questions have been answered quickly. Prescriptions are filled fast and shipped 2nd day air. I'm very pleased and plan to continue working with PlexusDx.

Initially there was some confusion in regards to my dosage, but that was resolved and no further issues.
