poor customer service
called Pennine earlier today and enjoyed one of the most disappointing phone call in my 21 year history of purchasing. Initial response to my enquiry was direct, borderline rude and confusing. When I questioned the response to the info I was receiving I was hung up on. Congratulations, you've just lost a loyal customer that has spent thousands with you over the last few years. I'd rate at zero stars here if I was able to.
