Absolutely brilliant service.
Andre, the installer arrived on schedule and nothing was too much trouble running the cable neat and and out of sight. He travelled from London to Wiltshire to supply charger and install for less than £1000 which was a huge saving over what my local electrician quoted to do the same job!

Alan was brilliant. Super friendly and patient when it turned out to be a tricky job. He was just great and I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you Alan!!

Technician showed up on time, was extremely polite and clean. He explained what he was doing and completed the job perfectly.

Quickly provided a reasonable quote and confirmed our requirement. The engineer who attended (Jason) worked hard and late on a Sunday to get the job done after dark. Not only did he fit the charger properly but he improved the whole installation to ensure reliability for both charger and house. He wouldn’t go until satisfied that all was good and we could use the device.

Great experience supported by Eren who provided the necessary quotes and made changes where needed. Installer turned up on time and did a great job. Prompt response to emails, couldn't ask for more.

The whole process was easy start to finish. Liam was fantastic. Helped with the app setup.

Jason and Tom arrived on time, explained what they had to install and worked until the job was complete, then tidied up. They spent extra time explaining to me how the installation worked for which I was very grateful.

The plugin stations were great but yet to test the new charge point. Andy the local installer left the site littered with packets, raw plugs, mastic nozzle cap, wire cutoffs and screws. Brushing up the generated brick dust would have been a nice touch. There’s room for improvement on the install side. I felt he was rather rushed to move on to the next job.

Arrived on time. Tidy job. All in place neatly. After they left i noticed a problem with solar generation and battery monitoring plus electric coming into house from grid instead of battery. The CT CLAMP had been replaced back to front which had caused the problem.

I had my charger installed yesterday. I was very impressed with the engineer. He was very helpful, kept disruption to a minimum, left the area clean and tidy and was as done within 1.5 hrs

We had our EV charger fitted by Jason and Tom. They did a great job and the install was very neat. They were very tidy throughout and spent time to explain the app. Very good service

The initial contact was excellent, explaining everything and getting a booking sorted.
