I recently ordered two Ideal Standard Pneumatic Dual Flush Valves EV98167 from Plumb2u at a very competitive online price and free postage!

Unfortunately when they arrived I noted one was damaged in transit. I contacted Martin in customer care and received a pre-paid postage label. I returned the damaged item and received a replacement the following day.

There was no quibbling, I received an apology and a straight replacement with no fuss. I consider this to be excellent service! Thank you.

The parts I needed were available. delivered for free and were a fraction of the price of other places. I will definitely look to shop here again

The order was delivered the following day. Unfortunately there was one item short but this was soon rectified.
The item was very well packaged.

Having placed an order after a day as I hadn't had it confirmed I contacted plumb2U they gave me confirmation and suggested to look in spam, it was there. Delivery took 5 working days which as I hadn't chosen anything quickly it was no issue.

Not impressed. Ordered an item shown as "in stock" just over two weeks ago. Several days later I received a message to say the item was on backorder from a supplier and would take 7 days. Now 11 days later and still not arrived!!?

After unfortunately receiving a damaged tap first off the customer service to send a replacement was first class. Prompt and efficient contact. I would definitely recommend to anyone seeking plumbing supplies. Many thanks

Unfortunately the item I ordered had to be cancelled and the refund process couldn't have been any easier. The customer service was excellent and the whole refund process was quick and very convenient.

Plum2u is an excellent company that delivers quality services and products fast reliable delivery and outstanding workers I’ve been dealing with a worker called “Martin”I can say the least he is outstanding,he’s a genuine man and really reliable to get things sorted and gets to the bottom of any issues and any queries you may have I’ve never met such an amazing worker and he literally replies within minutes which exceeded any customer satisfaction as any other company take days if not weeks to even get a response

Product was fine but the delivery service company let you down as over 48 hours late on the original delivery date

Great service, quality products at competitive prices, my only gripe, could do with a VAT invoice not just a receipt.
