Still haven't received my order
Which-was placed on the 31/1/2025. Now 11/2/2025

Shocking customer services - I have tried calling Plumb2U however the company doesn't pick-up the phone! So have emailed them twice on the 19/01/2025 and 23/01/2025 at customercare at plumb2u.com and I still have not had a reply.
Absolutely shocking behaviour, poor show guys!!

Quality product - bathroom sink taps. Easy to order online, kept informed of delivery and arrived on time. Would definitely use again.

Ripped me off a treat, sold an item that had a clear manufacturer defect and claimed they couldn’t get in touch with vileroy and boch to sort it. I bet they will be in touch to buy more product though. Short sighted businesses like these don’t realise for a little bit of service you’ll get long term customers. Will issue CCJ to deal with it that way as they also seem to forget customers contracts are with them and not the manufacturer. Good should be fit for purpose inline with the law not some bundled tighter T&C if their own they like to refer to. Very long winded end to a small problem.

Good product at a sensible price and delivered quickly.
Communication and updates on the order were good too

Unfortunately l ordered the wrong sized item, but Plumb2u were fabulous in their customer service.
Item arrived very quickly and excellently packaged.
I would thoroughly recommend them and will be back in the future for more items.

I was looking for a shipment to Ireland and it looked that Plumb2u would ship. So I created an account only to find out that under shipping it only offered in-store pickup.
Is this mean to be a joke? Like, "the whole world is welcome to buy from us ... if you come to our shop locally"
Very misleading to say the least, regardless if you somewhere else bury a policy outlining your shipping options. The order process looked fully like it was supporded. Hell, I was even able to lookup a shipping estimate to my Irish postcode, for crying out loud. In hindsight, yes, I see now why the shipping estimate was zero (due to in store pickup), but at the time it looked more like free shipping. I stand by my review.

Ordered a shower pump and picked it up the same day. Ordered online and followed it with a call to confirm that it was in stock and ready for collection later that day. I would definitely use Plumb2u again.

I purchased a pumb for a next day delivery. Then the next day I got an email saying it will be processed by their suppliers and will take up to 7 business days without an apology. I bought because it will be delivered the next day not waiting for it to be processed for 7 business days!

Good prompt service. I had to return the first item I ordered, my mistake. Return process straightforward.
Second order received on time. No issues.

Excellent quick response to request for tap valves.

Fine for me!
In truth, not a regular buyer as i'm not in the trade but have a machine that needs inhibitor. Found what i needed easily, guest checkout was a good option for me, fast delivery, VAT invoice supplied when complete.
