Overall very satisfied.
Ordering was a good but a little fiddly. Item descriptions were good and helpful. Delivery notifications were good. Even though I signed in as a guest I was basically being forced to set up an account to see my invoice. Not a big issue but unnecessary. Delivery was efficient. Royal Mail. Ordered a tap on Wednesday. It arrived on the Saturday so not too bad.

Unfortunately fist time ordered from Plum2u and will be the last. When you purchased it says in stock 2 to 3 days dispatch. I had an email over a week ago to say my item had been shipped but still waiting to receive it. When you contact customer services to ask when will the item arrive .the response is .it should arrive this week. You then have to email again to get a better update. Order number 47147085

I was weary after reading mixed…
I was weary after reading mixed reviews....I shouldn't have been. Ordered Monday 19th August,asked why still showing as ordered being processed next day.Emailed Tuesday asking when it will be despatched, prompt reply from Martin advising today, delivered 21st August. Great experience abd would highly recommend. Also £71 cheaper than local stockist.
