Service was quick and efficient would use again

Unfulfilled promised delivery date; poor description on site resulting in ordering the incorrect item; returns policy not permitted to return said incorrect item, after 14 days. No flexibility.

Update:
Plumb2U have responded, requesting my personal details so that they may respond to me privately. My response to them re this is: if you wish to re-evaluate your response and offer me the opportunity to return the item then I am all ears. However, if your private message to me is to simply repeat your first response then I see no point.

The tap was bought privately, not a trade purchase, and I had no previous experience of Plumb2u. Finding what I wanted was straight-forward, ordering and payment were simple, the price was good, tracking information was given, delivery was fast, and an invoice sent. A painless experience, thank you.

After an initial hiccup with the order of Roca toilet seats the product was well made as expected. And it wasn’t made in China!!!

Great product does what it says on the tin however service needs improvement too long for delivery

Product never arrived. No tracking information given apart from a general message.
Emailed after 2 weeks. No reply. Contacted through PayPal to request action/refund. Once that was in motion, refund very swift and communication via PayPal.
No mention of product never appearing

Odered for collection and was ready exactly as indicated collected and all as arranged, good price as well.

What a great experience with this company 🤩 always bit nervous ordering from somewhere I’ve not used before but they were the cheapest place I found online for a Hib ambience bathroom mirror so I highly recommend them as easy to order from and item arrived very quick, ordered Tuesday evening and arrived Thursday morning 👍🏼👍🏼 arrived in excellent condition

I payed £400 for parts one of the parts was not in stock. After nearly 2 weeks I enquired as to what had happened to the parts only to find they were on back order, and never been sent out to me, or contacted me to let me know they didn’t have them in stock. So I could have bought them locally.

Very disappointed advised pump was available only to be told a week j look after when we chased the order it was out of stock now and on a further two weeks delivery. Can’t see us ever using them again

Absolute shocking company, ordered a pump, got email saying shipped. 5 days later still not arrived when I chased it up was told awaiting delivery from supplier, so they are selling things they haven't actually got. DONT BUY FROM THESE JOKERS you'll just be asking for hassle

Don’t like leaving such poor reviews, but this merchant really did disappoint. Ordered more than 2 weeks ago. Was lied to about item being in stock. Lied to about it being shipped also. When I asked for a refund as I needed to order elsewhere where it was ACTUALLY in stock, my emails went unanswered. Very poor experience. Just be honest and transparent with customers for goodness sake.
