Arrived at 12 noon at Swindon shop to “were closed mate”. Ridiculous on a Saturday when most working people are able to use the shop. If you’re not open then we’ll order online snd there will be no more shops! Good luck in the new job!

Fantastic service from design to delivery for a new bathroom from the Plumbase team, in particular Jason. Jason helped with the design, product choice, purchase and delivery. We had many questions, changes of mind and sometimes difference of opinion but Jason and the team were always accommodating and the service was exemplary. We now have a beautiful bathroom and the Plumbase team played a significant part in achieving that.

This review is for Wadebridge Plumbase: Went there today regarding a replacement for the cover of a shower drain. They didn't have the item I needed but Tom, the man I spoke to, was incredibly helpful and friendly. He researched the item on the Web for me and printed out the details. Just ordered it. Rachael at Plumbase Swindon is fantastic. Her in-depth knowledge across a huge range of products and suppliers is genuinely impressive and her advice has been invaluable. She’s refreshingly honest too, offering helpful guidance on product quality, which suppliers are truly customer-centric and which are best avoided.

The service goes above and beyond - Plumbase are happy to store individual items in their warehouse until you’re ready for them, and then deliver directly to site, which makes managing a project so much easier.

Visited Plumbase Exmouth 2 weeks ago (12 Sep) for a new cistern push button flush. They didnt have the one I needed but assured me Wolsely or Bradfords would have but if not they could order me one. After visiting both Wolsely and Bradfords neither had one in stock. Went back to Plumbase Exmouth same day (Friday) advised it would be in on Tue and they would ring me. Nothing heard so visited on following Thu only to be told it should be in later the same day, still nothing heard. Its now 2 weeks later and nothing heard from them. Went online instead and ordered it, arrived 2 days later.

Wow! not had service like this for ages. Phoned early to say what I needed. James was very helpful when I most needed it, then to cap it all had these goods delivered with a smile within the hour. Could not wish for better so Thank you!

Reluctant to use this company. Cocked up my bathroom. Messed up the flooring situation with the plumber and shower head for the bathroom. Only when the mainwork was done and the realisation that unless we rip out wall and tiles that I can't have a basic showehead for the bath. Bloody great! Will never ever use again.

Went to Wigan Plumbase to order a shower door but when delivered I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size (too tall). No problem, Plumbase collected it the next day and we ordered the correct size which was promptly delivered.
Now installed and perfect!

Exceptional service! Miles was extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. He provided very well-informed advice. The new showroom also looks fantastic and you can see the time, care and expertise that has gone into it. Definitely worth a visit!

Failed to find a spare part at another supplier in Exmouth and they suggested Wolsey Plumbase . Excellent service. Part sourced in minutes and even cracked open the packaging to check it was the right part. Friendly and super efficient service from Ross who knows his business. The branch is tucked away out of sight but well worth knowing about. Thanks Ross!

Dwayne Wilson was great, frienldly, helpful, the recommendations to help with the most suitable products for our requirements, nothing to much trouble, the equipment arrived on time and was delivered with care in time for the plumber to start the job. Claire the plumber recommended by Dwayne was brilliant came when promised gave an estimate for the job and did everything perfectly we were so pleased with our new shower. Both theses people did as they promised and were a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend to anyone who wants a good job done by honest reliable people.

I popped into Plumbase in Tamworth on the off chance they could help me with missing parts for a tap I was fitting ( not bought from them).
I would like to thank Jan for going out of her way to help me in what was a big deal for me but of little gain ( financially) for Plumbase. Jan finally sorted the issue out for me and sent me smilingly on my way.

I would like to thank her again for her persistence, helpfulness and kindness and great service. In a world of seemingly worsening customer service this was a ray of sunshine.

As an enthusiastic DIYer I’ve been using my local outlet in Haslemere for the last 30 yrs and have always been impressed with their knowledge and helpfulness. There is one guy in particular (sorry I don’t know your name) who I’ve dealt with for all this time and he is always friendly, cheerful and very helpful.

After 10 years of being a loyal customer, I’ve now deactivated my account with these crooks. After being a loyal customer, I received a overdue balance on my account, I paid off the account on said date over £2500, a day later a legal letter come with additional fees of £260, I tried to resolve with Plumbase and the legal team, but basically the overdue fees stood. I’ve never received any legal letter until this particular time, and have always paid in good standing. I hope your happy with your ridiculous £260 fee’s Plumbase because it will be the last from me, a loyal customer gone that’s spent ££££ over the last 10 years. Shows their professionalism when they can’t even reply to any bad review trying to resolve any issues. 👋

Jason at plumbase Hove has been such a pleasure to work with, he gave us informed recommendations about which products to get for our shower, discussed design options, pushed for the best price and even secured us a discount on a product that arrived chipped from the manufacturer. In a world of unreliable and untrustworthy people he has been the absolute opposite!

Today I was provided with great advice and excellent service, the parts I needed for my toilet were in stock, there was clear information on how to use them and they were reasonably priced. Thank you for being so helpful
