I couldn’t recommend these guys any more than brilliant ! 🤩 Andy who helped me today with a bath plug was so helpful and solved all my problems without making a fuss. I will always go back to them from now on. Thanks Andy again my bath issue is fixed! 🫶🫶🫶

Dwayne Wilson was great, frienldly, helpful, the recommendations to help with the most suitable products for our requirements, nothing to much trouble, the equipment arrived on time and was delivered with care in time for the plumber to start the job. Claire the plumber recommended by Dwayne was brilliant came when promised gave an estimate for the job and did everything perfectly we were so pleased with our new shower. Both theses people did as they promised and were a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend to anyone who wants a good job done by honest reliable people.

I popped into Plumbase in Tamworth on the off chance they could help me with missing parts for a tap I was fitting ( not bought from them).
I would like to thank Jan for going out of her way to help me in what was a big deal for me but of little gain ( financially) for Plumbase. Jan finally sorted the issue out for me and sent me smilingly on my way.

I would like to thank her again for her persistence, helpfulness and kindness and great service. In a world of seemingly worsening customer service this was a ray of sunshine.

As an enthusiastic DIYer I’ve been using my local outlet in Haslemere for the last 30 yrs and have always been impressed with their knowledge and helpfulness. There is one guy in particular (sorry I don’t know your name) who I’ve dealt with for all this time and he is always friendly, cheerful and very helpful.

After 10 years of being a loyal customer, I’ve now deactivated my account with these crooks. After being a loyal customer, I received a overdue balance on my account, I paid off the account on said date over £2500, a day later a legal letter come with additional fees of £260, I tried to resolve with Plumbase and the legal team, but basically the overdue fees stood. I’ve never received any legal letter until this particular time, and have always paid in good standing. I hope your happy with your ridiculous £260 fee’s Plumbase because it will be the last from me, a loyal customer gone that’s spent ££££ over the last 10 years. Shows their professionalism when they can’t even reply to any bad review trying to resolve any issues. 👋

Jason at plumbase Hove has been such a pleasure to work with, he gave us informed recommendations about which products to get for our shower, discussed design options, pushed for the best price and even secured us a discount on a product that arrived chipped from the manufacturer. In a world of unreliable and untrustworthy people he has been the absolute opposite!

Today I was provided with great advice and excellent service, the parts I needed for my toilet were in stock, there was clear information on how to use them and they were reasonably priced. Thank you for being so helpful

I've got numerous plumbers merchants around me and went to Plunbbase Basildon because they were the closest. I only wanted a radiator bleed valve, nothing technical. I was told they don't stock them because they cone in many sizes 😀
Won't be going there ever again.

I recently went to Plumbase Warrington to check prices of bathrooms and radiators. I was helped by Katie And David Lucas. Very courteous and welcoming. Had patience with us. Then after I received the price I told them that it is above my budget. He was very happy to see what he could do and managed to bring the entire budget as per my requirement . I am now waiting for the delivery which was promised to arrive this Thursday.

So a medium skilled engineer, worked out all the math, knew what was needed drawn, together with rough quotes of parts neede to achieve a new hot water potable immersion tank in our granny annex, ( a duplicate lesser size of the joule upstairs that I will have to move soon) I even stated all the parts, they provided a written quote seemed fair, I stupidly accepted as it seemed reasonable, I accepted a box of bits and a very light tank which come out different from the printed quotation I have (stainless steel). It was More expensive. It was 20 quid difference, still seemed all ok. Until taken home and started to see what I was given was totally different to what I asked for. I started fitting it,(vented cheap copper tank) and almost realized the immersion tank was vented should of been an unvented. Despite explaining I wanted a prescribed 3bar vent valve and califi monobloc. I got a headache of useless leaking bits. So I took it back today for a refund, I was told sorry tough. No refund your fault, for fitting it.
I left a £ 173 useless blown tank near there back door which is where it can be placed up!. So guys if you want to try and resolve an use experts behind the skilled counter staff, forget using this bury st Edmunds depot and the manager was just as useless because he was in ear shot when I went in an explained what I wanted to achieve originally . I'm no idiot as I had to finish some major plumbing jobs as most local tradesmen are all pretty damn lazy and useless around here on our farm. I had to finish our 125sqm of uhf and 2500litre froling biomass log burner system as the installers cocked that up too. So I'm no idiot and won't be using these guys ever.

Staff at Bedford very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - which, for someone whose knowledge of plumbing is minimal, is greatly appreciated.

Do not deal with this company. The people at the Bolton unit were so unhelpful, not interested and very untruthful in dealing with me.

i saw adblue on there web site at chorley adblue at £11.00 went 2 but it and was told it £24.. so told the guy i didnt want it..im so sorry ..later when i looked at there advert it was dated 2019.. i feel bloody awfull now SORRY

Plymton. We bought 2 new heated towel rails. They were delivered and looked good from the outside. The plumber fitted them told us the threads didn't look great thinking we had bought second hand and showed us a photo. We had to get them replaced as they were indeed previously used. Plumbase replaced them but refused to reimburse us for having to call out the plumbers again, drain the system and replacing the inhibitor. When they were removed dark sludge came out. This was a brand new system. All they offered was a discount if we wanted to buy more from them. Does that sound like good service?

Plumbase , BUDE . Very helpful when we were looking for bathroom cabinets, nothing was too much trouble to search through the books, delivery was very quick. Home delivery was offered at no extra charge but only being local we picked up.

Purchased the majority of my Bathroom fittings and accessories at Plumbase in Yeovil, mainly because of the great showroom, the quality of the products and the excellent, expert knowledge of the salesman, Steve Gready, which has resulted in my house having a stunning Bathroom. Thank you so much.
