Alex arrived and was very efficient changing the dual flush on the toliet which was intermittently flushing.
Alex was very friendly and respectful .

Today woke up to the wife saying that the toilet wouldn’t flush and there was water everywhere on the bathroom floor!!
I isolated the toilet water supply and using our “Lloyds premier emergency cover “ we rang for a plumber.
Within an hour a plumber from Plumbcare had called us to say that they would be with us as soon as their current job was complete.
We then received a text and another phone call within a couple of hours and our emergency plumber Alex arrived.
A very courteous knowledgeable and efficient young man identified the cause immediately.
This was quite a technical job as the toilet cistern was all enclosed and the toilet was surrounded by fixed wooden panels!
Alex explained the complexity of the repair and immediately started to work on the repair necessary.
After removing all the panels successfully and replacing the damaged parts inside the cistern(this even included having to source replacements from a local plumb centre) the repair was completed with the upmost efficiency.
Fantastic service from a very efficient and knowledgeable plumber who left the bathroom spotless after sorting out this emergency without any fuss at all.
The guy is a credit to his employer!!

Micheal arrived when he said he would having phoned to say he was on his way was extremely tidy and explained exactly what he was going to do and fixed the problem with our toilet I would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.

Absolutely brilliant service and withing half an hour of calling my insurance the plumbing company got in touch and made appointment straight away.the plumber who came Michael I think he called was brilliant very good communication and explained everything.

Michael turned up in good time after calling us to tell us when he would get to us, he explained really clearly what he would do and took great care in our home. He checked his work and was tidy. Overall he did a great job and we are very pleased with our first interaction with Plumbcare

Our home emergency insurance used Plumbcare to come fix a toilet blockage that we had. Upon arrival, Michael was super friendly and got stuck straight in. He managed to quickly resolve the problem but he didn’t stop there. He noticed our water pressure was very weak, which led to us doing water tests together at 10pm. We found that our water was running at 3 litres per minute. We spoke to the concierge and got access to our main tap, this is when Michael noticed the pressure was at 1, it should be between 2 and 3! He soon cranked it up, and finally we had a power shower! Whilst doing all of this, he noticed the waste pipe coming from toilet that was blocked, had a leak on it. So this is what could be causing the problem to begin with. Michael was brilliant, honestly we are speechless at his amazing eye for detail, going that extra mile and his ability to build a rapport. We will never forget this top quality service! Thanks again! 😊

Very good. Problem dealt with quickly and efficiently. No waffle just explained what needed doing and then did it. Really impressed would recommend to family and friends.

I rung the insurance company at 11.35 today and the engineer, Michael Bowen was with us at around 1.30 pm. He was very thorough, explained what he was doing at every stage. He had a very friendly and polite personality and gave us some advice on other things not related to the leak. Can’t recommend his ability highly enough and would recommend him and the company if anyone asked me if I knew a plumber. First class service. Thank you very much.

Excellent service. Plumber Mike arrived about half an hour after I was told someone would be with us today. He was very calm and efficient and sorted the leak from the tank in the attic as soon as he found the problem. He had the spare part available in his van. We could have had a much bigger problem if this had not been sorted today (ie a ceiling collapse in the bedroom )

I reported a leak in a cluster of pipes in my downstairs toilet just after 9:00 a.m. in the morning; details were taken by call handler who kept me updated all the way.

Paul and Jordan arrived at my property just after midday, introduced themselves, slipped on their socks and quickly traced the source of the leak and effected a repair...... all sorted by Jordan in about 45 minutes.
