Failed to process order and credit
Ordered a part online and was charged to my credit card. I was emailed the part was out of stock. It didn't state online it was out of stock, it took me through the online ordering and payment. I told them to cancel the order. After informing them my card was charged I was told it can take up to 3 days to refund my money. Why was I charged for an order that was not filled and worse a product that is out of stock? Why didn't it state online it was out of stock so I didn't waste my time and worse my money?

I received what I ordered however, it was not a complete order. It arrived packaged well although it was advertised as coming with screws as well as the packaging stating screws were included but no screws were included.
