I cant fault the service we have received from Plumbwise. They were extremely prompt ( next day), when our old boiler gave up the ghost in early January. They have been very helpful when I have had any query relating to the services they provide. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for Boiler servicing or replacement.

Had my yearly service of boiler completed by Adrian. Received text to say on his way which was very helpful. Adrian was very helpful and efficient.

I had a new bathroom fitted by them , fantastic workmanship throughout .

I needed a new boiler urgently as my old boiler was faulty , they made sure I was safe and fitted a new boiler very quickly .
Yearly I have my boiler serviced with them and is always done when arranged and if there is an issue is rectified immediately . I highly recommend all the staff .. all fantastic , trustworthy and more importantly know what they are doing to keep your home safe 😁

Plumbwise were able to come out and service my boiler after I was ghosted by the company that installed it 12 months earlier. Turned up on time, really friendly and efficient. Will have them back next year.

The bathroom we have had fitted we are extremely happy with and it looks fantastic. Andrew and Chris were exceptional craftsmen and a delight to have in our home during the work. The job they have done is immaculate. Running a business and scheduling work is a difficult task but it was frustrating at times to have timelines change. My advice is you’ll have an expert job done but be patient at times, but I’m sure there is a way of avoiding some frustration. I would highly recommend them if you want an expertly fitted and if you choose, as we did, a high end bathroom. All staff Andrew, Chris especially and Rhianne, Craig and Gareth are polite, professional and solid individuals.

Made a yearly service appointment, given a time and date , engineer txt me on the day saying he was on the way. Friendly an helpful and left spotlessly clean, would have no problem in recommending plumbwise

Had my Viesman boiler serviced last week, Lee was friendly , very helpful + advised me on my options for Thermostat.
Would recommend.

Contacted Plumbwise for a boiler and gas fire service, they having fitted my new boiler 2 years ago. An appointment was offered within a week, at a time convenient to me and I was kept updated by email and SMS ahead of the call. The Engineer was friendly and advised me at all times what he was doing at each stage of the service. He left the place clean and tidy and was a credit to the firm.
I would not hesitate to recommend Plumbwise locally, I just feel they are a firm I can trust, that does good work and for a reasonable rate.

The booking process can be a bit hit and miss. The fitter arrived in time for boiler service which was excellently completed. He wasn't aware of other tasks which we had arranged, but this was quickly resolved and all complete now. Friendly and efficient work done at premises.

Good communication with office & gas engineer. Boiler serviced & leaky radiator valve replaced quickly & efficiently by Lee. Will use again & recommend

I would like to thank Plumbwise for an excellent service . My elderly Mother(90) had a new boiler fitted last week , the engineers she tells me were great and very patient . They finished the job in 2 days , it wasn't an easy installation.
The only problem was the thermostat which she found confusing . However, Gareth went to her home on a Saturday which was his day off and tried to sort out the problem , which he did to some extent . This thermostat is not the easiest to set up .
I live on the Wirral which is a 4 hour drive from Skewen , so I am very very grateful that Gareth was able to help her , no fun with no heating at her age .
Adrian visited this morning and has sorted it altogether.
