We needed to service the boiler in a flat. I rang and they set out a day that would suit me. They arrived and had a look at the boiler. It was no problem. He needed to know where the meter is. Done quickly and efficiently.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but very disappointed in the service from Plumbwise. We’ve recently moved into our forever home and looking to update 2 bathrooms and toilet room. We contacted Plumbwise who arranged to come to our home to measure up and said they would be here at 8am. After they didn’t show, we tried phoning them when we got the automated message that their offices don’t open until 9am. They eventually showed up just after 9am. We gave them the benefit of the doubt here thinking the person who booked the appointment potentially gave us the wrong time. After this, we were booked in for our design appointment at their showroom the following week at 2pm. We showed up around 15 minutes early to take a look around the showroom. We could see two ladies in the middle of an appointment with a gentleman named Geraint. They all got up and walked past us where one of the ladies asked if we needed to ask Geraint anything, and we said we have an appointment at 2pm. The lady said ‘oops’ and Geraint didn’t even acknowledge us or apologise for keeping us waiting. After more time waiting, two other people came into the showroom looking for service and eventually gave up waiting. It got to 20 past 2 and it did not sound like this appointment was finishing anytime soon - it sounded like they were starting designs for another room! We decided to leave and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

WE HAD A NEW BOILER FITTED BY PLUMBWISE 4 YEARS AGO AND WE HAVE IT SERVICED EVERY YEAR BY THEM.THEY ALLWAYS DO A GREAT JOB,CLEAN,EFFICIENT AND NO PROBLEMS.

The representative who called to assess the work was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything my job entailed. The fitters on both occasions were very professional and made sure that they caused as little disruption as possible. All involved were a credit to their employers. I can highly recommend Plumbwise

Shop is brilliant and has such a superb range. In the regards to the staff they were great from start to finish, helped bring our vision to life and both plumber and tiler were fantastic. If I ever needed any plumbing done I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellent service throughout. I had an extremely quick response to my initial enquiry and had feedback the same day! The Engineer who came to the house was professional and very knowledgeable explaining the issues and the options to resolve them. The survey was done very quickly and then the work started promptly after the consultation. As a first time homeowner I had plenty of questions and everything was explained clearly at each stage. The engineers who completed the work were considerate and communication was excellent. Would highly recommend and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again. 

From planning to implementation, we cannot fault the team from Plumbwise at Skewen. A few spanners were thrown into the mix, mainly the age of the property and one faulty new tap. Plumbwise took them all in their stride and offered suitable and cost efficient solutions. Special thanks to A and C for their professionalism throughout.

We had an issue with 2 of our toilets, both broke at the same time. I contacted Plumbwise at 0900. By 1100 an engineer had been out and fixed both. Fantastic service.
I have had a boiler service also with them and again I can’t fault them. Always friendly, great workmanship and very reasonably priced.
