Very Good Service and only a minor hiccup
Shiva did a great job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He swiftly diagnosed the issue with our old air con, provided sound advice on our options going forward, and promptly provided a quote for a new system. It was good service.
The guys also did a great job of fitting the new air con unit and removing the old gas space heater I had. The only down side was that, in taking out the old heater the guys had to turn off the gas at the main and didn't relight the pilot on my (temperamental and elderly) gas hot water service, leaving me to battle with the pilot once I realised our water was cold.

Had 2 split systems installed.
Had a new split system installed by Plum Trade Services. The process was professional from start to finish. Phone calls were returned, I had assistance on the best system for my needs and someone came out to check the house to ensure everything would go smoothly and it did. The tradies (plumbers and electricians) were punctual, professional and very polite.
I’d definitely recommend Plum Trade Services.
