1 star is being generous. Do NOT buy anything from these scam artists!!! Took our money and never delivered the product. Don't respond to any emails and unable to reach anyone via phone. Complete SCAM!!!!

I'd wish I could rate 0. As everyone else, I bought a hoodie and it didn't show up. Can't believe Facebook advertises for these mofos

They SCAM you!! Steal your money without shipping your items. The site became unavailable some weeks after ordering. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. You won't get your wares. I won't get my money back because of this pathetic Chinese scam company.

BE AWARE of companies that offer the same products, the sites seem really professional but the products ar of Poor quality and size fits. (judging by the reviews from "Fresh Hoods")

They take your money but you do not get anything.
Do NOT order anything from this company.

Bought a jumper in mid Feb. Got told the order has been shipped. Haven't heard anything back since. These scammers don't respond to emails

We don’t recive our order, and do not answere Mail in days😩.

Had to wait for 3 months AND got the wrong sizes!

I placed an order Oct 1, 2017 and have yet to receive it! They told me it was delivered but can’t give me a delivery date and they refuse to refund my money!

This company SUCKS...P!$$ poor communication with costumers if any at all. They never send any tracking number or anything when your order is shipped.I emailed 10 times got one..ONE reply. Took 3 months to get a 59.99 hoodie that looks like its made from sports bra material.Not to mention the sizes are all wrong. So yes your welcome PLUR apparel for the 59.99 you got from me to help support your crappy poor excuse of a company...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ...Seriously dont buy from them unless you wanna toss money out the window...THEY ARE A SCAM AND RIP OFF!!!!

After waiting for 3 months with no email I decided to contact the company and ask them where my order was. To no avail. They don't email back and after waiting 4 months my order was finally shipped! Huzzah! But sadly, it took another 3 weeks to get to me. So you can imagine my feeling when, after waiting for 4 months and 3 weeks, I opened a box to find, crappy material, with different colors than what was on the website, and on top if this it was too small. DO. NOT. BUY.

Ordered a mask for my son in October. It's now February and I have nothing. They responded to my first two emails with "it's on it's way" and the third time I emailed, I got no response.

Would never again order nor recommend this company to anyone.

Order the 25/11/17. Still no tracking e mail. No answer To any of my mails...

I ordered merchandise on 11/24/17, company took the $ out of my account on 11/25/17 and, as of today, January 14th, I have received nothing. I did receive a response via email asking me to just be patient on 12/22/17 when I contacted them the 1st time. I have requested a refund and have, of course, heard nothing back yet. Also same as other reviews, I received requests to review the quality of the merchandise I received. Never posted my comments...hmmmmmm.

SCAM I ordered months ago and despite many emails it has NEVER been sent they answered my fourth email saying they would send it soon but they NEVER sent a tracking number and have IGNORED all later emails and the product has NEVER arrived. AVOID Plur they are a RIP OFF

Same experience. After 4 months and many e-mails, I received the hoodie this morning. The quality is very bad (pure polyester) and it is not the same as in the picture. There is no label. My son was really disappointed.
I don’t recommend them.

I ordered a hoodie for my son 15th November, never received the item it cost me $59.99. I checked the tracking and it was delivered to Helsinki.
They have no phone number and they ignore my emails.
