Got my package was very excited aboit it and it was bugger then I thought

My package took a little while but came pretty quick

I recently recieved my 2nd plush from this site. The first one was very nice and I had no complaints. Finally when my 2nd one arrived, the hair pieces seemed like they were poorly sewn together because there are inside material showing and the pieces seemed put together only in weird spots so it's hard to flatten it out to look similar to the reference images. I'm also not sure why a piece of the hair is stuck to the chest fur.

Good quality plush characters and shipped in good time.

I recently ordered a Colettemeow plushie about 2 weeks ago, I understand the time it took as I’m from a completely different country but it still came in good quality. Onto the plushie, she was a good, purrfect size for hugging (sorry, that was kind of cringe). Although she had a few yellow marks near the rims of the sewing seems, it was easy to wash off and the overall quality of the plushie such as the fur and face and really good as well as the hair accurate to Colette’s sprite in-game. One thing I would like to say is that her tail, near the base, doesn’t have much stuffing so it kinda flops around a bit lol.

Stuff are cute that i cannot find anywhere else. THe price is good, The most important thing is that i could not find same stuff anywhere else, thank you for unique stuff

Ordered a SteveMeow Plushie as a preorder, knowing it would take a few months to arrive due to the nature of being a preorder. It arrived within the planned window and was absolutely darling!

But before that one arrived, I ordered two additional plushies for my daughter’s birthday (EternalSugarMeow and ShadowMilkMeow) because they were SO cute and were in stock and should ship after just 2-3 days from the purchase date. I knew they take a couple of weeks to arrive because they come from oversees, but after two weeks of no communication I checked the status and saw they still hadn’t shipped whatsoever.

Panicked, I immediately contacted customer service and explained the situation (including that they were bday presents) and the wonderful representative named Lily immediately had them shipped and even included a small keychain as an apology for the delay. Thankfully the package arrived the day of my daughter’s birthday and she was absolutely delighted to receive the original SteveMeow, and the two Cookie Run Kingdom meows! (Plus the cute keychain)

Despite the initial mistake of not shipping my items as planned, their customer service more than made up for it. And their plushies are beyond adorable! Great company and will definitely be purchasing from them again in the near future!

The prices are good for what you receive. Although the wait was a bit longer than I was told to expect.. the tracking information also wouldn’t update (which I don’t think was PlushShop’s fault really) so I couldn’t really determine a delivery date. It ended up taking over week to ship when I was told it would ship within 2-3 days.

Once I received the plush, I was pretty happy with it and still am. A few complaints though:
I bought the shadowmilkmeow plush, and when I got the plush, the collar was stretched out and would fall off his neck. I had to tie it in the back for it to stay up.
There also seems to be a gash in the collar fabric I’ve just found? That’s a bit disappointing..
All in all, for the price it’s okay. I think it’s really cute. But there were a few issues.

Very bad experience. My parcel was supposed to be delivered via EVRI, but it never arrived. It has now been 3 months and I have neither received my item nor a refund. Instead of taking responsibility, they have completely ignored my concerns and telling me contact EVRI and EVRI is worse than them. I paid for this order and received nothing. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability. I would not recommend.

My two plushest came and both of them had something wrong with them. The first one,Anya, had a hole in her ear and I could literally pull the fluff out of I wanted and the second one,akaza, came but inside him there was some kind of plastic in his head. If you pressed on his head you can literally hear the plastic moving around inside his head. Not really the best experience. And on top of all that I ordered these plushes in 2025 around December and they came mid way through February and I still have two more coming that I hope don’t have problems with.

My plush just arrived and I’m OBSESSED!! It’s beautifully made, looks exactly like the picture and it was packaged well with little to no damage to the box from being shipped. I highly recommend this to all of the plushy fans, specifically my Love and Deepspace fans. I got the 18-inch Dragon Sylus meow plushie and I LOVE IT!! I will definitely be coming back for another one.

Many many good design, really huge plushies with high quality feel to them, ordered my third cat now and will order more in the future for sure

Very fast shipment, awesome quality and I absolutely love the plush! I ordered from Europe and it arrived quite fast, I have no complaints.

Still have yet to receive this package, it shouldn’t take it ten days to get from Atlanta to where I live when the distance is 30-45 minutes.

I love my Eternal sugar Meow and my sister love her candy apple I would buy another one from plushy shop again

I got the ghost meow plushie. The plushie came in and it looked exactly like what was advertised and pictured. It is great quality. feels soft and fluffy. I would definitely buy from this shop again. It did take a month for it to come in though. I had to email them to get an update on my order and the person responded so politely and professionally which eased my worries about it not coming in. Over all experience with this store 100/100.
