Love this site and the products! I live in Norway so the wait from ordering to receiving was long, but it was also one of the products that was not ready before a certain date. The site informed about this when i put in the order. But it was for sure worth the wait. Products seems to be good quality. Love these cute plushies so much. Really satisfied. It all came in good condition. No damage on the products. I will order more.

I just got one of my plushies today after anxiously waiting for it after pre-order in November. I have to say, best purchase ever. I’ve heard a lot of things, hate and rumours about plush shop, which made me extremely anxious. But that quickly changed after my email was replied to in less then a day and my little Ghost meow came home!! I will definitely be buying from here again

Ordered twice, one for my friend, one for me. Both orderes arrived defect. A printed lining was seperated from a piece of felt on the plush of my friend, mine had 2 seams which were defect

Purchased the 3 meows after my experience with the 2 DragonSylusmeows. Plushies arrived even faster this time, and I absolutely adore them! Still waiting for them to puff up fully, but they're gorgeous none the less.

Even better, this time around the delivery person actually knocked on the door to let my housemate know the parcel arrived! [Last time parcels were left without warning, and luckily she was home to retrieve it]

Would prefer if the company used AusPost rather than MicroExpress, but can't fault the second deliveryman; he was so much better than the first.

I preordered the shadowmeow plush. They gave an estimated delivery time. Production was finished just a week after the date they told us, which is totally fine for me. Received it today and the quality is great. Customer service was responsive when I mailed them questions aswell.

While they shipping did take a while- there was nothing else I could say. I love Rerir and Flins that came!! Along with a free Capitano keychain :3 I genuinely smiled when I received my order today!! Both plushies look so fluffy and beautiful! The fact that the clothes are also detachable is very cool! I can recommend getting your favourites here. I’ll definitely be ordering again <3

Quality was terrible. Ordered in September and didn't get until November. It was a Christmas present so I didn't open the vacuum sealed bag. When niece opened it had several spots where it was not sewed creating holes. Tried to return in January and they denied.

Im curious to know the shops turn around time on pushing out orders. I placed an order on the 13th of January, 2026 and all ive gotten is the charge for it. No updates and Im unable to track it. Ive hears good things about this shop, but I feel like my order has fallen through the cracks.

it took a while for it to arrive, but it was worth it. it's way bigger than i expected it to be, and it's perfect. it has zero defects, it looks exactly like the pictures and videos online and it's super warm and fluffy and nice to cuddle! i recommend it 100% and i will surely buy more from this shop💕💕
