Used them for years loyal customer now being asked for a full passport. I work in an industry where fraud is a core aspect and I can assure you any company you are buying anything off asking to see you it full passport is doing so to commit some form of financial fraud against you. You should never provide this sort of detail to anyone other than a bank, or government body certainly not to buy a pharmacy product.

At first I was entranced by the medication that was supposedly in stock. However, I soon found this to be a ruse. You can tell as all products are labelled as “Hot” and have a round “Sale” sign.

Upon seeing some good reviews I thought I would give their Wickr app a go. People had boasted how Hazelmed was a fantastic customer service agent so I immediately contacted him on behalf of the company. I should have known better as all of a sudden these other vendors kept trying to call me from other sister sites at 1am.

I told Hazelmed exactly what I intended to purchase, he told me the price and even spoke to me on the app’s audio function so I could actually hear his voice - somehow seeming more trustworthy. It seemed like he was really committed to customer service so I paid £500 with a hopeful heart. I felt great that this new vendor had popped up and waited for the order to be confirmed. The guy was chatty for a while and confirmed the order going through. However, he would only accept ‘Friends and Family’ through PayPal as they ‘have a lot of deliveries and this is the fastest way’.

I had my doubts from a previous scam but went ahead with it anyway. For a few days he kept me updated, although one could sense a sort of sarcastic undertone to his comments as time went on. He told me the shipment had been delayed and they were so busy with orders; apologising profusely and of course I told him not to worry about it. After sending a message that “the logistal terminal had been slowed down” my guard was up as he had previously told me this was a UK-UK transaction. Still, I said not to worry and to contact me when he could.

I have tried to call him and message him through the app and website to absolute no avail. He has gone from a communicative sales agent to completely ghosting my calls and messages. I haven’t heard from him since the money went through to his account and he has nearly a month’s worth of my passed husband’s pension.

I am sure he and his site go by many many other names onthe Wickr app and I notice the website changes it’s URL by a few letters now and then. I shall try to liaise with the bank; however, PayPal have already stated there is nothing they can do due to the ‘Family and Friends’ tag.

I feel completely betrayed and let down and am now out of a lot of money. These people really should be so ashamed of themselves but I bet they are laughing all the way to the bank. My advice would be to avoid this website completely plus any Wickr or WhatsApp links other reviewers have advised - these have been planted by the business owner and aren’t genuine at all; appearing on many other such website profiles.

After writing a review stating I Could not get any contact from company website or set up a new account they emailed straight back explaining how to do it and took order.

Fake. They'll steal your money or send dangerous fakes that you don't have a clue what is in the 'medication' - it could possibly be highly addictive chemicals from China to get you hooked.

Look at the reviewers history, 99% are new accounts and have only ever reviewed one website.... This website. A clear sign of a fake operation promoted by fake reviews.

Stay clear and report to Trustpilot.

Fake accord dihydrocodeine, fake Temazepam jellies and fake Clonazepam. Ask for a change and you get ignored. Dare to ask for a refund and you get banned. Gangster squad operation

1. You'll sometimes not get what you want.
2. Some items like the Accord Dyhydrocodiene and Teva Clonazepam are fake (not just my saying it.)
3. They've doubled the price of all Napp Dyhydrocodiene strengths and other medications.
4. You'll get a nasty operator sometimes that is sarcastic, extremely rude and says don't order again, because another operator reckoned I asked too many messages! That's what What's App's for! And all I asked for was to let me know they have my money, in one sentence messages. I have a screenshot if someone wants to see how nasty they were for nothing.

Used Plusmeds before, all good, but web site seems to have been down for a while.

First class service as always. Quality and service can’t be beaten. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone. You won’t get better service and quality products anywhere but here and I’ve tried a lot of these sites but would never go elsewhere again. Thank you PlusMeds.

Still not received order after its been paid and I was told it would be sent

Paid for an order 5 days ago it have been reviewed and accepted as i sent payment straight away as I normally do. They have agreed to send order to me everyday so far but I still haven't got any of it and I'm now being ignored .
Really gutted as I spend a lot with this company and now I'm not sure if it's a scam or not really hope it isn't and I get my order as I was going to place another one but I'm afraid it's a scam it's a shame as they have been good up to now. Hopefully someone will get back to me and I can take this review down and post a positive 🙏
