This company started taking my money from my credit card after buying one item for 14 euros...and then that same month they took 28 euros and then next month another 14 euros and I didn't even became a member...stay away from this shop

Package never arrived. DHL claimed it was delivered (though signed by its own delivery driver). Because status is "delivered", Pluuz doesn't care, and won't issue a refund.
Pluuz also tricks you into joining a "membership" which is charged 2 weeks after your purchase, for the privilege of buying things that don't arrive.

They continue to charge my credit card on a monthly basis without any purchase from my side. I have done a single purchase, one time only, last year and they are consistently extracted money from my credit card without my authorisation.

This seller makes additional hidden charges for a membership fee that is not visible on their product description pages. I was charged an extra 14 euro without my prior knowledge for a service I didn't agree too. It is within my rights to get a refund, and others in a similar position should contact the European Consumer Centre Germany immediately.

I bought an article an automatically they charge you the membership of 14 euros/month..... till I realized after 3 months!! So my article was very very expensive!!!! :(((

Dear friends very carefully when ordering something from this website because I ordered a product at a very good price relatively cheaper than any other offer on the internet and I did not read the terms and conditions of the order and the following month I had to pay another 14 euros. for I do not know what sh!t because they said that the product comes from Denmark and those from there apply other legislation but i don't trink so it is a big dodgery , so in close attention with these suspicious people from pluzz.de and please read carefully the terms and conditions. Better i don't recomande it.

Didn't realize I was signing up for. 14€/month membership. I found this item via search and now see at the bottom of the confirmation email this information. You should make this information more visible at checkout! Be warned!

Beware! The company is notorious for subscription traps in Germany !!!
