I Bought a product and they said “we can’t send this, thanks”
As costumer I have right but for them it’s not important, I said I could wait the time until they can send, but they said it’s not possible. I’ll never buy here again, and they still with the surcharge on my account.

Never ever order a thing from these brazen swindler inbreds! They will charge your card with an automatic debit of €14,- from the moment you purchase from them ad infinitum, unless your lawyer rips them a new one.

I cancelled the order the moment I read that they apply an obligatory subscription fee, so first 10 days free membership is an incorrect statement. They sent me the goods despite immediate cancellation of the order, and made me pay for the return. Very poor customer service and a weak business model. UPDATE: they reported my review (no comment or an apology to me for their actions) and made me change the language, to make it less obvious who they are.

I bought one item. The quality is good,reasonable price, fast delivery and every thing But now after 5 months I realized that they've been charging me ,without my knowledge, 14 Euros per month. When I wrote to them, they said that once I buy an item, I get automatically a member of their club and that is membership fee.But the point is that I was never told as I was doing my purchase that I am being part of this club. Don't you expect to be asked or warned first that If you complete your purchase you will be charged 14 euros per month?

There is a membership fee of 14 EUR which is charged after 10 days and you can't avoid it. The membership is not transparent throughout the ordering process and you have no benefits from that "membership". They charge 14 EUR with the first purchase even if you cancel your membership within 10 days. It keeps charging every month until you go through cancelation process which is also more complicated than it should be. I didn't notice it until my bank contacted me for suspicious account activity, which it definitely is.

I still haven't recieve my product. It's time to stop cooperating with DHL.

This website ties you with an invisible membership with 14 EUR monthly payment to allow you to buy for the members price, which is the normal price ! They did that to me and when I found out I called the very short opening hours customers service and explained how i was scammed on their site, they kept saying that it's clear on their homepage and we didn't reach anywhere with the conversation.
Because when you search from google for pluuz product you will be directed to the product page where this unfair membership price is not included in the price and not shown while paying!

Apparently, when I go to Trustpilot there are tons of complaints filed against Pluuz from real people and this company is trying to put fake reviews as a push, good job.
You can make better profit with 14 euro out of nowhere taking from my credit card, but you already lost your big worthy of respect from many people. If you wanna earn money, learn how to earn credibility first.

They put a reply to my message just to show on Trustpilot that they have dealt with my case but ofc they haven't, and I'm sure they did that to many people. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Good. Useful products. The number of wax strips 10 instead of 20 written on the pack though

Very misleading. They take 14 euros of your account and don't even tell you you have a membership. It took me a few months to find out what was that. Don't ever buy with them ever.

Super Service

I ordered one and they kept taking money from my money. To call them you have to pay and wait for almost half and hour. And then product is so cheap and useless. The customer services doesn't even reply. If you read this. Please don't waste your money and effort on this.

This store automatically ties you to their subscription model and forces you to pay (at least) another month! Be careful.

The 14€ subscription happened to me too.
