Do not use this company especially investors! I learned the hard way and now I’m £14k out of pocket for nothing.

As an investment dont bother save your money. I am £12,000 down now and will likely never see it back. They also have you fill out a 5 star review for their poor service and still only give you a pathetic excuse of a "refund" back.

Warning ❗️ Avoid P&A property and Pluxa Stays at All costs!!
I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with P&A property or Pluxa services to rethink. Their practices are deceitful and predatory.

I invested £3,600 in sourcing fees and £5,600 in setup costs for a "ready-to-go" rental property based on false promises from Pluxa (now rebranded as Pluxa Stays). The property was not furnished as advertised, and I was forced to cover additional costs despite their claims it was fully operational.

There were no bookings for six months, and I was pressured to pay deposits before even signing a tenancy agreement. Worse, they recycled the property from a previous failed investor and replaced me with another, charging the same fees.

After a long legal battle, a settlement agreement was signed between our lawyers. However, Pluxa breached the agreement after making only one payment and has since ghosted me. This company is deceitful and unreliable—do not trust them with your investment or stay in their property. You will lose your money!!

Pluxa hosts properties as part of an investment strategy for their investors but fails to pay the rent to property owners.

As a result, property owners are having no choice but to change the locks to prevent Pluxa from using their properties. Unfortunately, this leaves guests needing to find and pay for alternative accommodation.

As a property owner, this unfortunate situation happened with my property as well as my colleagues.

Do not trust this company to honour their commitments.

The experience was amazing! The place was perfect for us and it was on a good location and the hosts were extremely helpful and understanding. Definitely coming back again! Recommend highly!

I’ve just checked in to the property and the property is lovely. Whilst trying to figure my way to get hold of the key for the property and then arrive at the property location I was assisted by an amazing woman called Chrissy who patiently helped me arrive at the location. She stayed on the phone to me for a while being very helpful till I managed to get here. I highly recommend speaking to Chrissy if you are having any issues.

Pluxa's customer service was very good, I always got a reply quickly. The accomodation was tidy when we arrived and the location was great.

On arrival in Birmingham, we were given straight forward advice on how to collect the key & fob.
The flat was spacious and clean, it was central to all the amenities.

Absolutely stunning place I was booked into. Lovely staff Nirisha is an absolute delight to deal with. I had a great experience with the company and will suggest it to many others.

I have stayed at the apartment in Birmingham . It was great experience, well equipped, really clean apartment close to city centre and everything else that we need. Highly recommend.

Easy to find, with clear explanations from our host, this apartment is a good plan for visiting the city of London. It's close to the main sights (like Westminster, 30 min walk) and to the tube station (only 15 min to go to Picadilly)... Quiet and clean, it's really good for a family.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Staff were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

I will be checking out tomorrow, 30th October, 2024. It's been a lovely 24-night stay at the Pluxa Apartments. Everything my wife and I needed was in place - good location, clean apartments, kitchen equipment (an area my wife is particularly interested in). It was indeed a wonderful experience for my wife and I.

Beautifully presented, comfortable and gorgeous views
Only negative was taking nearly 2 hours to get the keys - waiting around residential location for your first evening isn't great start

Wow what an incredible place I just wanna come back soon as possible. Good location close to coop op, Sainsbury, Costa Coffee and much more. Completely Apartment! It had everything I wanted, tv in both room very comfortable and also very clean and cozy. Thanks for being the best experience!

The booking process was extremely smooth. Yarish, our customer service exec was very professional and we always received quick replies. Outstanding.
